- The bed was confy.
- The lady who looks after the property is genuinely friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and were allowed into our room early. Note that there is no onsite reception, so you need to message the hostel in advance if you are arriving out of hours. Having hot water was a treat after 2 weeks on the coast with cold showers! The room was nice and had plenty of space. We don't usually use the TV, but it was a nice plus and has Netflix, Amazon etc installed.
Cons -
- The place is really dark, not inviting. It was OK for one night.
- Some of the facilities are not as described in the listing - I think that they might refer to the Urban Hostal in San Gil. Eg. There is no outdoor space, activities, bar, breakfast, bending machine etc. There are rooms with a small common area.
