Amazing property with lot of facilities in the room. Friendly staff, well managed everything. All the staff at hotel is customer oriented. In addition the services provided by hotel are excellent including restaurant, room service and room facilities.

Staff were kind. Hotel is beside the mall.

My bed was hard and not comfortable. There were some cockroaches.

It was unhappy stay and experience. there was no parking when i reached. Reception was busy with an issue which made me wait until i finished. Room smell was full with smoking and along with the corridors. breakfast was not good too.

the room was big and location is surrounded by lots of restaurants and supermarkets and It’s opposite Mega mall

there was no Towels, the Iron and board was broken. super arrogant Security guard he will stare at you and follow you like a angry dog.must fire or train this kind of arrogant staff.

Service was good but Room lock was Problems.

I have booked family 1 double room with my 2 child but they told me single 2 room booked. . Atter they given me one double room. With door lock problems

The staff of the hotel it is the worst staff in my entire life. You must asked them at least 4 times to clean your room. if they clean the room they don’t put new towel.

Rooms were dirty bed was dirty and sitting hall was dirty. I should receive my room at 3pm but with their late i got it about 6pm waiting and sitting there. 2 TV WERE NOT WORKING and water heater for making tea and coffee wasn't there and I request one but i didn't get. Kitchen has small insects and we kept door close to don't come out.Egyptian front guy at the reception was TOO POLITE AND PATIENCE. Manager was not there to stand on the lateness in receiving our apartment. And more.........

Bathroom the shower is ruin and when we entered the room there is flies and lil smelly the bed is totally old not totally comfy
