the room is big

There is mold in the bathroom, no iron and ironing board, the fridge was not working, and the safe had no batteries. Cockroaches were running off the food during breakfast. parking is on other property. across two streets

20 nights, Awful experience , I stayed here only because of the no refund policy;

The first encounter with the receptionist was a very bad experience. From the start I didn't feel welcomed as the receptionist was incredibly rude. I've been traveling quite a while with business around the world, but never have I experienced such rudness and lack of professionalism especially in hospitality business.

The property was very nice and well maintained. Everything was clean, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

While the breakfast was acceptable, it would benefit from a wider selection of options.

Front desk, room , adore smell in corridors and rooms, poor hygiene careI couldn’t sleep all the night afraid to be infected. I will never come again

The swimming pool needs renovation and cleaning.The breakfast in the restaurant, you'll find that the hot food has turned cold and was prepared earlier, especially the egg dishes, Not when the guest requests it at that time, which then diminishes the desire to eat breakfast.

Breakfast is simple and no more options for breakfast and the location is not quite outside.

Room spaces was perfect

Cleanliness, support from front desk, excellent complimentary breakfast

Little far from Dubai but can be managed with Cabs and Metro

I loved learning about cockroaches and insects and not being able to sleep

Not recommended

Limited parking provided for the guest. When you need to leave the parking area, there is no flexible system. We have to call them each and every time to open the gate. We asked for dental kit but they were not provide us Bad breakfast,

Bad experience

No parking, No wifi, air conditioner is bad, Fridge is not working

the location is good alot of things near, most of the staff (not all) are good

very tight parking spaces where you easily find scratches in your car.in the final 2 days i found cockroaches one in the lavatory and one coming in the room ( even though the clean daily ) it wasn't that bad experience and it wasn't perfect there is always a way for improvement.

Our stay was quite disappointing due to several issues:The room had a strong smoke smell upon check-in.Bathtub tiles were dirty and needed better cleaning (see photos). There was a bothering crack on the toilet sink.There were no hangers in the closet, which made unpacking inconvenient.We were charged AED 5 per bottle of water when we requested some on our second day; the lady receptionist said it was chargeable, which felt unreasonable.Toiletries were very limited, and when I asked for tissue, the staff member even asked if he could “check the items” first.Towels were insufficient — there were no floor towels or hand towels provided.Overall, the service and amenities did not meet expectations, and improvements in cleanliness, basic supplies, and guest service would make a big difference.

The room is very spacious, clean and quite.

Parking is crowded. No wifi at all.
