The bathroom requires complete re-structure and maintenance, after taking shower in the bathtub the water was flooded in the whole ceramic ground of the bath and the bathroom drain where also clogged and it was a disaster and disgusting moving around. I realized later that the Bathtub had many cracks as well as the bath caulking almost broken as well as the bathtub curtain rod were not fixed properly as it doesn't cover the whole bathtub area. One more thing, no food or beverages could be ordered from hotel after 12pm.

Staff attention .They were very efficient.Wake up call they suggested and provided on time saved my flight.

No complementery tea and coffe .

It's great to stay in this hotel good location very good attitude of receptionist Enas.

The room was not clean at all, I found a lot of bugs in the room, the cleaning stuff doesn’t wear masks when they come to clean your room

I like only the location

#bed bugs in the room and i can't sleep #very dirty washroom They are not providing sleepers or coffe as per them the stocks has finished I asked them to change my room. As per them security and receptionist there is only twin bed in first floor there is no higher floor even this room have disaster washroom look at the pictures #The security guy he was very rude I thought he is receptionist the previous stay he was dealing with me unprofessional way by asking some questions which is not related to ask me at all. I had a training with petrofac company that's why i chose Albustan. I like to sleep there because it's very near. That guy always when i booked he started kept asking me about ID of second person I had told him clearly I'm alone second things my booking is for one person only only. That booking I had made it through agoda he pissed me off about that question. I get made he asked to pay extra if have any visitors. I told him it's fine if someone had to visit me i will pay the extra by card not cash. I get made about stupid questions then I told him it's fine. I went out then I didn't come back to the hotel.24.05.21 i made again new booking through booking.com I used the stairs because I love to walk. Then again security guy from sudan he treated me very badly that why i had come from the stairs i was on the phone speaking and he didn't even let me to finish my call he show me the attitude. It's second time. I don't know what kind of customer service is going there in Albustan.

Place is near to almost anywhere. From public beach to the sharjah aquarium

This was an extremely disappointing stay. The room was unkept/old and outdated. We found the staff to be cold and unwelcoming. The housekeeping staff were equally rude when I requested for extra towels. We were upgraded to what was a slightly more livable room. Overall, I can definitely say that I was very disappointed with the hospitality and stay at this hotel.

Nothing at all. No restaurant, no facilities, no view at all, very very bad location.

Unfortunately, the worst hotel I have been to. When i entered the hotel not clean at all. Too much noises from people that are sitting outside the rooms and lobby. The beds inside the room had smell, the bathroom towels had hair and smell. Very rude house keepers which keeps on ringing the door bell, and last the breakfast was rubbish and cannot be eaten due to expired. Customer service of the hotel did not fo anything about it. Very very very bad.

Transportation is problem. Hotel is far from city and airport. Only mode of transport is taxi, which is expensive. Public transport not avlbl. No good restaurant around.

Staff were very nice.

Many people were sitting on the sofa next to rooms until late evening and speaking loudly.

Easy to get parking area, very comfortable place and the room is absolutely good
