The Act Hotel Sharjah

The room was smelling so bad my guest got sick, complained to the hotel , they offered worst room than the smelly one, my guest had to checkout 3 days early because the room made them sick.

Everything!!!Loved the location, staff, welcoming.Everything had been ready by the time we arrived at the hotel.The room we stayed was 903, so spacious and clean!Beds are WOW!???

I wish we could stay longer.??????

We had a wonderful stay at The Act Hotel Sharjah and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The front desk staff were professional, especially “Yasmeen” friendly, and very welcoming, making check-in and the entire stay smooth and comfortable.The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and great quality, making a perfect start to the day.Overall, the service, comfort, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Act Hotel Sharjah to anyone visiting the area.

We were staying on 19th Floor, the housekeeping people were awesome, I must mention Mr. Islam was a great at his service and cleaned the room top notch, very helpful,

Pool was not heated as mentioned

Nothing i liked rude staff and from first minute you enter you can observe the front desk staff behavior and looks

I cancelled my stay before checking in the hotel due to one bad behavior from front desk who was not putting her name tag

A wonderful stay. The facilities are new, clean, and well-maintained. I will certainly return in the future and I highly recommend this accommodation to others.

It was clean very well designed and the room was spacious and relaxing

The tv in the glass was horrible , the reflection was bad + wished they told us earlier that the AC cant be controlled from the room unless you tell them to unlock it

- During my arrival, no person came to help me with the language.- I use massage service, asked me to go to reception to pay no. I should stop and go dawn to reception - during my arrival the they take much a lot time to delivered Lagrange so I have to call for follow up

Rooms looked different than pics Smaller than size indicated Lacked essentials such as slippers reception staff are very slow to respond, and uncooperative at times

The room is spacious and clean, comfortable bad, views are beautiful, especially in the pool area

They have given me s suite as upgrade , it is spacious for couple of family. Location is great in Sharjah

- The toilet tab was broken and i requested the maintenance through 3 days of my stay and no response, so i could not use it- I had a cockroach jumped into my plate at the restaurant in croissant section, then it went to ground and i called the receptionist , he killed it by stepping on it and just ignored the subject as nothing was there. I took a photo of it and then the cleaner came to clean it immediately. I felt that hygiene in restaurant is very bad

Breakfast could be much better, with limited options and the quality of food required to be reviewed
