Staff members were nice and try to address the problem.

There was long time (more than 15 minutes) to get hot water.

Couldn’t enjoy my balcony because of the cooking smell 24/7.Food wasn’t good.

The room was nice and spacious. The pool was large, clean and not too much chlorine in it which is great. The facilities were very clean and everyone was very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was very good , and also offering a wide selection. The food is fresh and well- prepared with good presentition.And all the staff are often as attentive, and courteous. Specially mention with Mr. Prasat and all the team member.

1. The receptionist was so unhelpful and looks like she hates the job and doesn't have any will to help the clients2. The room was most like a basement room, since a 1.8 meter wall was all that i can see!

We had a very pleasant stay and truly enjoyed the warm hospitality. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed at the front desk, he was super supportive, kind, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciate the great service and would be happy to return again!

Rude and bad Staff quality .. extremely bad service .. room service after multiple follow up was not addressed properly .. not allowed to go to pool area and beach area in the evening.. was told to stay in room and only eat at the buffet .. was restricted multiple times to move around the property..

We were informed at the time of booking and again during check-in that we would have access to the beach and pool in the evening. However, after a couple of hours, we were blocked from entering these areas. Despite making several requests, no resolution was provided.As a result, we had to spend our New Year’s Eve confined to our room, which was extremely disappointing given the assurances provided earlier.

Really was very good an to kind the room there out door in the room you can hear the wives of sea you see good view also it is to quite . I will to choose it in next trip,

The facilities were amazing. But we didn’t get to do the jacuzzi but the pool and beach were awesome. The beach was the best beach I’ve swam in

Everything was bad from the first day. I waited at the reception for a long time and there was no receptionist to get me the room.

Acceptable but a bit outdated premises and check-in staff was unprofessional.

There was no toothbrush in the room. Check-in staff was nosy and did not respect privacy. Was inquiring unnecessarily regarding a female visitor using hotel policy as an excuse. There wasn't any obvious reason nor any indication of indecent behavior on our part to cause such detailed inquiries.

One of the 2 Rooms was not ready until 4:15 PM

Their services is really bad also the cleaning staff came early ring the bell alot and trying to open the door while we were sleeping around 8:45 am !! Room service food is always late even if i ordered ice it takes 30-45 mins to come !!

The front desk staff, including the manager, need to go as they dont represent the values and level of service one would expect from Marriott International. Was such a disappointment.

I recently stayed at your hotel for a staycation, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival, and the condition of the bed was below standard – it did not feel properly maintained or comfortable. Overall, I did not feel that the experience provided good value for the money spent.

The room,the surrounding were fantastic and the receptionist were very much friendly and supportive

There was no sugar,coffee mate in the room and we had to call them quite a few times as they were not attending the calls. Other than that everything was fine.
