Great location specially if you have the lake view, the building is new and modern, friendly staff

The only negative thing I can think of is delay in confirmation of the booking

Toilet very dated with foul smell; no shower area other than the tub itself! No screen for tub resulting in water splashing all over the place after a shower.Very tight car park

The location and the on site parking was a huge plus. The pool is great for small children.

Some of the furniture is outdated and needs to be replaced. Also the lighting in the kitchen should be brighter. The reception should tell the guests that they have to ask for the room to be cleaned daily. Otherwise the room isn’t cleaned.

Great view to the lagoon. The double room apartment was very convenient

Didn’t appreciate that room service doesn’t show up every day. After 2 days I had to go ask about it and was told that you need to call them.

The staff attitude is very good. They are so much cooperative and always wishing your. The service request fulfilled in minutes.

Can provide some more cooking pots.

The staff were rude, especially Hassan. I requested a room upgrade, but he told me to cancel the reservation and make another one without any courtesy. Also, upon checkout, I was made to wait 10 minutes just to have my room checked, even though the cleaning staff were present when I left.

Glass window is dirty, disturbing the view. Although, the workers were cleaning, but the job is not satisfying!!! Glass is still dirty.

The cleaning was very good , the location and the parking is perfect , the Egyptian receptionist and the security were so kind specially on the day of the check out

Its a suggestion, that the facility to be more supportive as we stayed 23 days , we requested for extra bed for 10 days only , as we are out of budget but they couldent support us. I have issue with my car battery also on the checkout day , i requested for support to jump start the engine only , the facility they cant provide. And when i call maintinance company they was refusing to let them enter the parking area. I suggest to provide this kind of service to help and support the residents when they are inside the facility.
