Nejoum Al Emarat

TV wasn't working. I couldn't lower the Air condition. The temperature of the fridge wasn't appropriate. I asked for shower gel but did not get any. Overall the staff were doing their job accordingly.

Location of the hotel is great.

Nice staff

The team is basically doing good

Room was cleaned and the location was good, i was worried about the parking but they helped me to find a suitable parking and i appreciate that , even the rates are better than other hotels .

Hotel is calmed and clean so i advise everyone to stay in this hotel.

The room was very clean spacy and had a nice view.

Staff was accommodating , helpful and really good .cleaning was done daily

Breakfast should have veg options in buffet.

no parking, just tiny lot for few cars

Very small parking lot , facility condition is old too, we had to pay for paking on next block

I like the steam room snd convenient location.

I stayed only one night out of six night i booked. The front desk staff refused to refund the five nights or even offer an alternative days. I wasn't happy about the way they deal with my request.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Anything I asked the front desk for, they helped. The parking situation was also good. If the lot was full, I would leave the keys with staff, and they would find a parking spot for the car.

While the room was clean, the renovation was very old, and it made the room feel less comfortable than it could have been. The windows were also quite dirty on the outside. The internet would get quite slow sometimes.

Location, stuff

Facilities

The staff was very helpful. Location is of course really great. You get out and start walking in any direction and you will find almost everything. They always have staff at the parking lot and you really do not have to worry about it. Just hand over the key and you are done. This was the second time we stayed there and we really liked it.

Everything, It was great from all perspective. The staff was super helpful and always there to help. There is a parking and there is always staff who takes care of your car.

The service is excellent . Sami Mahmood the duty manager is an exceptional service oriented leader. The team was so nice with warm hospitality.

Good for the money

Congested location, old building, old furniture

Just the price. Don’e expect much with this price range

TV kept disconnecting and the water boiler had a very bad smell inside due to being unclean

Good location and price

Very old furniture and not clean

The location was really good.

The room is too noisy, due to traffic nosies I got frightened when I was sleeping, make it soundproof..

Room was clean, vast and comfortable Parking is piece of mind, staff are friendly Value for money

Took extra time for check out, but it is ok.

Comfortable rooms and good breakfast!

Water leaking ceilings (AC water)
