Everything was perfect

The food. The breakfast was really bad. The french toast was cakey, not fresh and the fruit didnt feel fresh either. The cooffee ordered to room was not good at all. We liked the matcha

We chose to celebrate at this hotel because we were looking for a chill, quiet, and relaxed place. We really wanted to be in the moment, enjoy quality time together, and truly unwind. The vibe of the hotel is so cozy, slightly dramatic in a good way, it feels like stepping back in time, but with a modern touch.We stayed here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it’s something we will truly never forget. What made it extra memorable was during our dinner, little did we know the staff had planned something special for us. Four of them came out with a cake and started singing “Happy Birthday”! ? It was so funny, my husband and I were laughing so hard because they thought it was my husband’s birthday. We didn’t want to interrupt their efforts because everyone was smiling and putting so much heart into it, so we just went with the flow. We clapped, sang along, and my husband even blew out the candle! ?Afterward, we told them that we were actually celebrating our wedding anniversary, not a birthday, and we all just laughed together. It was such a happy moment, and we are truly thankful for how kind and thoughtful they were. Shoutout to Om, Shokri, and Jack, we really appreciate the gesture, guys!We also loved the breakfast, and thank you to Mi and Ate Divine for being so warm and welcoming. This hotel is highly recommended, especially if you want to take a break from city life in Dubai and enjoy some quiet moments. We will definitely come back ?

What I truly appreciated about the hotel is how beautifully they preserved Emirati heritage while presenting it in a modern and highly dignified way. These houses are over a hundred years old, and the effort invested in protecting and restoring this heritage is truly remarkable. They deserve sincere appreciation for achieving such a beautiful and meaningful accomplishment.

There is honestly nothing I did not like about this property. Your heritage defines who you are, and that in itself is incredibly beautiful.

I got a very warm welcome when I checked in. Before I came, every time I asked any question, the response was precise and prompt. The room is spacious, I felt like in a space from one thousand and one nights, the bathroom breathtaking. The breakfast was out of this world. There was a kind young man at the restaurant who offered me an infusion when I told him I was not feeling well. I feel so sad I never got the opportunity to ask his name. I remember Divine, the lovely young woman who served me my breakfast. She was always smiling and kind. I loved the spa, had a wonderful massage there done by a professional lady whose name is Tini (very sorry if the name is not well written). In fact, she also gave me great relief as I was suffering from my heel. The location is also great. I could visit the Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization, I also did some great shopping from the nearby souks.

It would be so nice if the water in the shower were hotter, especially in winter.

The staff were very hospitable, and the location is excellent—right in the heart of old Sharjah, within walking distance of the museums and the art foundation. It’s especially lovely in the winter, and I would definitely stay here again during that season, though I’m not sure about the summer. The spa was nice as well.

Everything was excellent: outstanding service, attentive staff, a delicious breakfast, and beautiful facilities. Highly recommended!

Dont stay

Avoid this hotel if you value your comfort or are planning any important occasion.Despite booking three months in advance, we waited over three hours to check in with no explanation. Event coordination was chaotic, the wedding planner failed to manage basic arrangements, and service across the hotel was disorganized, from delayed luggage to cold food and guests not being informed about dessert.What should have been a joyful engagement day turned into a stressful experience due to poor planning, lack of communication, and understaffing. This is not a five-star experience and not a hotel I would recommend for any stay.

I LOVED The Chedi Al Bait, Sharjah!! The staff were very nice, offered us also a free room upgrade, the room we stayed in was clean and equipped with everything. The hotel is close to old shops and walkable places nearby, they also offer a free shuttle to the beach and the beach in Sharjah is so clean and quiet. It definitely exceeded our expectations, would come back again when in Sharjah.

Everything was perfect! We didn’t have to go far to experience the Arabian heritage as the hotel is already a heritage site! Breakfast was good, all staffs were very professional. Room was spacious!

Nothing only if it locates closer to the beach, but they have shuttle service to the beach which is also very nice

Beuatiful place with 5-star amenities and service. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful service. Beautiful building and geat location. Probably best value hotel I have ever stayed in (and I was a travel writer for many years)

The maze and taking time to figure out how to find your space. Lifts not readily available.

It was unbelievable experience. Friendly and professional staff, so quiet and calm atmosphere.Rooms are spacious and every detail is thought out.Now it’s one of my favorite places in UAE.Thank you The Chedi for high level hospitality.

The cleanliness and the quality of the furniture, I found a stain in the bed. And the bathroom door, we struggled to open it.

Amazingly situated at the heart of the old city in a historic quarter that has all museums walking distance and old souls as well…..The property is just a hidden gem with a lot of sirenity and very well maintained with great facilities and high quality food I would definitely stay again and highly recommend for an escape trip to relax and enjoy some quality time The service was also great and timely so I couldn’t wish for more

The staff, especially the guy at the pool, is great.The bed and linen are simply great.

Been going to this place since years now. The quality of the breakfast has gone down a bit (eg Arab breakfast, the hummus and some of the used products are clearly cheap supermarket items. Why? You have the Arabian Tea House next to you, crack a deal with them. You can afford it as you've increased the price of the rooms substantially) as well as the quality of the products (Good time when they used to pamper you with Acqua di Parma toiletries)... Unfortunately unlike years ago the traffic from Dubai to Sharjah has massively increased making it more than 1h drive... Hence my comments before about the quality of the experience. We visit this place on a yearly bases because it used to offer a certain experience. Is it now worth the ride?

had a wonderful stay! At check-in, there was a small mix-up and I was initially given the wrong room, but Ms Monya handled it so professionally and kindly. They immediately upgraded me to a beautiful room and even offered a complimentary spa service to make up for the inconvenience. That thoughtful gesture truly made a difference — the spa was relaxing and I had such a great time with my family. Thank you to the entire team for turning a small mistake into an amazing experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again
