Negligence of staff

Amazing hotel, room, and breakfast.I would like to sincerely thank Sakshi for her excellent service, continuous support, and positive attitude. She truly made the experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel is 5 mins from Sharjah Airport, so if you have a long layover, then this is the best place to stay. Rooms are sparkling clean, bed is awesome, pillows are heaven! Breakfast is super rich with variety of options. But the cherry on the top was receptionist Karim! He made a free upgrade for us and checked in us in a minute. Definitely recommend!!

Quiet clean very kind stuff ????

Very helpful staff, 24/7 room service, tasty food, comfortable big room, 5min taxi drive from Sharjah airport! What

Very clean and the food quality is top

Nothing to complain, maybe the view is basic so book pool view

The hotel was about an easy ten-minute walk from the airport. It feels luxurious throughout. Our room was spacious, clean, and bright. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Bathroom was spacious. Shower was hot with excellent water pressure. Room was very quiet. We arrived without our luggage, and the front desk graciously provided toothbrushes and toothpaste on request. The dining area offers sumptuous buffet meals with a wide variety of foods from various cultural backgrounds. Our one-night stay was a welcome respite from difficult air travel.

If we had luggage, we would have appreciated a free airport shuttle. In the morning, before sunrise, we were disappointed to have to pay for a taxi to get back to the airport.

I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to the entire staff at Centro Sharjah for their outstanding service. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and attentive to my requests, which made my experience truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Suman for the exceptional professionalism and care—your support made a real difference. Highly recommended!

Near to the airport

Almost nothing only i have to ask for water bottles and pay for them especially i have 3 kids with me so the two bottles provided totally not enough

It is 10 min walk from the airport BUT there is no sidewalk on the streets. So basically you walk along the street on the bare ground with baggage. Which is not very comfortable.

We stayed here for a few hours as we had a 11-hour layover, and the staff was extremely friendly and available. The hotel is in a great location next to the airport, the rooms are very clean and we also had a very nice dinner at 11pm with room service.

Great staff, great service - very polite, great food that can be ordered to room 24/7. Highly recommend!

Stayed for an overnight layover at SHJ airportTaxi to the hotel was only 45 AED Reception helped get a taxi early at 6 am that was only 15 AED to airport

Everything was great

Location and cleanliness and the nice breakfast buffet

Friendly staff, comfort stay

I had a cleanliness issue but staff was very professional in handling it and offered me an upgrade and discount on room dine-in

everything was clean and the staff made us feel welcomed, especially staff Sunam. he made us feel welcomed since the first day we arrived and he made sure our needs were met. thank you so much for this amazing service, definitely wont be the last time coming to Centro Sharjah

Buffet offer was very good.. Receipt by general manager, Daniel Norman, was very kind. Staff assistance during breakfast was very good - Mr. Keertki, Sautau, Darious and Ms. Shani. Service at the reception staff was very kind.

The location and the staff

I found the room is very dusty and the ac is very loud

Closeness to the airport, we were there for an early flight.

Only minor things like the plugs position and a bit of old shoe flavour. Overall very good Hotel

The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel offered a clean, modern atmosphere in a convenient location.

The only thing I didn’t like was that guests had to request basic amenities like slippers and a dental kit instead of them being provided by default.
