Centara Mirage Beach Resort Dubai

The property was perfect.. have a lot of facilities in, the hotel very clean, water park, the staff was helpful & kindly.. we want thank the ladies behind the front desk, want thank medhat from the reception for the help and mostly Edward the co of security with a big heart without him I will never come back to Dubai… he make my stay comfortable with his humanity… thank u so much Edward. 10/10 for me on everything

The lunch next to the beach was not good, in that night I & my daughter threw out all what we eat all night.

I commend the staffs (aura and kookkay). They made us feel so welcome. You'll not feel bored with the facilities. There are numerous that will suit to the whole family.

We stayed at 284. Refrigerator is not getting cold and blower is not working.

The staff are smiling all the time and they are caring more than expected for all kids and even adults !I had an accident in the activity pool.. the life guard there was so kind to me and wanted to help. This pool exceeded my expectations, the guards are making sure no sands or dirt stay in the water.. putting so much effort with a smile on the face!In SHISH restaurant a big shout out for Mr. Karim, he is beyond welcoming and doing his best to offer the best service to each guest!This is my third time to come.. i don't feel worried about my children at all !

Hotel is very good for kids, its have so many activities that they enjoy the stay. The staff is very nice and friendly, they serve you with smile.

There was noise and you can hear the voices from next room

The hotel was so crowded that it was very hard to find a seat at the pool. Also due to crowding it was not safe to leave our items unattended. A boy took our floaty from our seat while we wear in the pool.

Beach adjacent

Value for money. For the money being paid, cantaras facility are pretty basic.

The rooms had a very bad smell, delay in checking in also once we got the keys . After leaving the pool to change all room keys were not working and they took one hour to fix and it happened in both days . Also they dont keep enough water in the room . We keep requesting for water . Hotel is overcrowded and less staff . Also i noticed ppl entering the hotel from the pool section where they park their car and go in for free. This is something that should be looked at to avoid unnecessary crowds . We pay to enjoy and relax with our families instead you experience full chaos .

Over crowded messy toilets , rooms stinking not clean enough and lack of staff

I like the view it's nice and the foods are more and and drinks also.

The AC is not cold and the television is broken. No free toothpaste and toothbrush.

Everything! This is our second year staying at centara and my kids love it! They upgraded us as well to a bunk bed suite. Love the hospitality there. To the pools the food at sheesh everything

Hotel was prepared to accommodate children and their needs what was exactly what we were looking for.

Location is well connected but if you plan to go to dubail center a lot you will probably spend a lot of time in taxi (20-25 minutes in cases without trafic)

The food was first rate. We had couple of meals on their general dining restaurants, (Thai and Mediterranean) and they were both very very good. The food variety it all tasted very good. It’s predominantly a family hotel catering to young children up the ages of maybe 10. Rooms are decent size, lobby is nice and spacious and very vibrant. Pool and beach facilities are also very nice.

Not really a criticism but rather a “reminder” if your saying over the weekend you will face cues to get into the general dining restaurants so you probably want to get their early to beat the cues. They don’t take bookings in those.

Great breakfasts. Lively room. Kids loved all the pools and activities. My son loved the high ropes activities and the staff who ran it were wonderful. All of the staff were top notch - at breakfast and check in. Great location

We didn’t have a dinner / lunch package so eating outside of breakfast was difficult / expensive - so we went outside the hotel for that

I liked the beach - it is clean. The waterpark and family lounge are great. Kids really liked the stay. I appreciate Ms Aura at the reception who made our stay exceptional by upgrading us to the sea view. We really enjoyed the sea view side and decided to stay longer than planned.

Many thingsThere was dead cockroach in my bedroom .The coco cola can cost me 22 dhm shockingTwo much noisy Not indian or veg food options available I took half board -for dinner they charged me even for water n mocktail.

Good clean and kids friendly food is variable many activities to do inside facilitat going outside with near transport available tourist guide as private services regular supervision

Room service slightly reluctant and take long time to respond
