Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments Sharjah

The bed was fine. I was able to boil water in the kitchen.

Information about location and shuttle was incorrect on the website. As a result I had a very stressful night getting to this hotel, so much so that I only slept 4 hours after being up for 48 hours & I had to pay a total of $55.00 CD cab fare.

Not recommended

Bed was damaged and woke up with a sore back and back pain.

The Tv don’t have a international channel like Europe Africa or America chancel

The staff were nice and the place is clean and well maintained

The beds and mattresses were broken and it just resulted in a terrible stay and a lot of physical pain

I didn't like, 1. No Water bottle after day 1. We have to purchase water bottles from outside from Day 2.2. Toiletries on Day 1 only. From Day 2, nothing provided. 3. Poor Housekeeping, we found 4 cockroach.4. If you are going out, you need to tell reception to clean room. They will not clean on their own.5. TV, and remote batteries were dead. Not working. Very bad6. Broken chair was kept7. Sofa lost its strength, dipping inside. Very bad.8. Washing machine was not working at all, need to replace. No cleaning after replacement. We needed to call and inform to clean.
