Old furniture and blanket and bellows need to be replaced

We arranged a family wedding at the hotel, the rooms were super cold no ac control, the staff entered my room without knocking while i was in the room with my family no manners, no discipline and when escalated the floor supervisor disappeared. At the wedding, the supervisor kept arguing the cake was finished where the cake was kept in the kitchen, and when we got the manager invovled, the hotel manager brought it back to the floor and apologised.

On the beach

Like a prison. Zero adjustments can be made to existing rules to accommodate customers needs. Zero hospitality and personal touch. People from other hotels are coming to share the beach which was supposed to be private.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at hotel at 229 room (my parents were in 223) was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment of check-in to the moment of departure, my stay was marred by various issues that made the experience far from enjoyable.This trip was very important for my and especially for my parents - we hadn't seen each other almost 9 years.But this was awful!Firstly, upon arrival, I was greeted by uninterested and unfriendly staff at the front desk. Their lack of hospitality was evident, and it set the tone for the rest of my stay. The check-in process was slow and inefficient, despite there being minimal guests waiting.Moving on to the room, it was not up to the standards that were advertised. The cleanliness left much to be desired; there were dust and grime in corners, and the bathroom seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time. Additionally, the amenities promised were either missing or in poor condition.The overall maintenance of the hotel was disappointing. The corridors had a musty smell, and there was disruptive noise coming from ongoing repairs in the vicinity. It felt like the hotel was not properly managed or maintained.Moreover, the quality of service was below par. Requests for basic amenities took an unreasonably long time to be fulfilled, and the staff seemed disinterested in addressing guests' concerns. There was a lack of attention to detail and a general disregard for providing a pleasant guest experience.To add to the frustration, the dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was subpar. The food quality was mediocre at best, and the service was incredibly slow despite the limited number of patrons.In conclusion, my stay at your hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, unprofessional staff, and overall disregard for guest comfort made it an experience I would not recommend to anyone seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It wasn’t clean and we find blood on the bed ?

On the first day, it was a storm and strong winds, which caused us harm and lost some of our stuff , and we were not compensated or extended our stay.

Honestly i only enjoyed the beach.

Doesn't matter if the facility is old but everything must be functioning well. The light was not good. It's old and no cool light at all. Secondly, as per our experience, there's only one socket for charging and that socket is not working so i called for the maintenance to fix. Only one socket is available so you can't charge other stuff and it's located near window therefore you need to take the kettle and plug from there. 3rd, the kettle is not working so they had to come and check first before replacing it. From the check in time, they'll collect 200dhs deposit, but i really don't get the point of collecting it if room amenities are not functioning at all. It's their responsibility to check if everything's okay in the room before allowing guest to check in.

Two Single Beds were attached together instead of one full large bed and the Warm sheet was very small to cover two persons.

staff were arrogant, when we ask for dental kit they said it cost 10 per kit which should be complimentary, they they said they don’t provide them. then they change to they don’t have stock.
