am writing as a regular customer who has previously enjoyed staying at your property. However, I am very disappointed with my experience today, June 8th, during the daytime.The receptionist on duty was extremely uncooperative and behaved rudely when I attempted to park my car. Despite there being empty parking spots, he refused to allow me to park and dismissed my concerns by saying he is not responsible. His attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful.This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially towards loyal customers. If such conduct continues, it will damage your reputation and business. As for me, I will not be returning to your hotel again after this experience.I urge you to take this matter seriously and address it with the staff involved.

Location is nice

In the room toilet no footwear no have draining tabel

I didnt like anything about the room

Everything was not good. I asked them that i need to check out early for work but they havent gave any refund for 3 days. The place was so dirty starting from the reception until the room. Bedsheets are too dirty amd the towels are not good and with bad smell.

Reception staff was very good and friendly also housekeeping staff amazing thanks for making my stay amazing ?

TV Chanel was not clear and I told reception but no one fixed..

Room so dirty and even the walls are not painted well. There is some molds in walls. not even worth at all in 150aed.

Parking service is easy,

We booked from30/12/2024 to 2/1/2025 and honestly it was the worst experience in the hotel and I do not recommend it at all. The place is not clean and I got an allergy from the unclean bed and We found bugs on the bed.I have evidence with pictures. The bed also has hair and is not cleaned. The rooms also do not have basic things such as soap, towels and the phone not work just like for show . I filed a complaint for compensation with Booking and I was not compensated for anything, so I do not recommend it at all.And we need to recoust the hotel to back mony because i need to cancel from first day but they didn't and i do complain to Booking . also the person how work in reseption at night , He has no style of dealing with customers. No one can accept this hotel and i complain to customer services in email now i wait to know what happened. I want compensation for what happened to me Finally, I am very sad because I went to the hospital to treat the allergy I got from the bed in hotel.

The location is really nice.

Need deep cleaning for the washroom and furnitures - sofa.For parking space need to train employees as when we check out, our friend drives the cars that blocks our drive way which it's not his job aside no appreciation received since he lend his service to help.

Great value for money ,right in front of Cornish Hotel itself was very clean, welcoming staff and nice entrance.Room was good and cleaned with comfy beds ,nice bathroom with hot shower, Tv and great Wi-FiI would definitely stay again ..Highly recommend..
