The staff were amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and very spacious. The beach is beautiful and there was never a shortage of sun beds. Branded drinks (soft drinks obviously) and decent food served by very friendly staff. The hotel provided a free daily shuttle into Dubai and a free shuttle into Sharjah City which was so helpful.

The location was too remote for us especially as there is no evening entertainment. After the sun goes down there is nothing to do except get a taxi to another area. The hotel's guests were all Russian - who are culturally very different from us Brits! (we seemed to be the only Europeans) so there was very little social interactions which was a shame .

Friendly personnel that was willing to help. Clean beautiful beach, nice swimming pool. Big comfortable room. Breakfast was complete and fresh.

The hotel is in 30 min from Dubai Airport. The taxi fee is 63 - 85 UEDs depends of the direction. The beach is private, the sunbeds and umbrelas are included. Room was a very good, big enough and bright with a balcone. Scales, safe and a keetle with stuff were in the room. The bathroom had variety of soaps and shampoos, as for 4* hotel. The pool was right under the balcone. The restorane was exceptional with viraity of dishes for brekfast and diner (we did't have lunch due to excurions). we could swap luch and dinner by request. The hotel saff is very friendly, welcoming and multilanguage. The manager Kristina solved any issues happened asap (much appreciations to her). Two superstores are in 5 -7 min walking distance.

The air conditioner was't working well enough, maintaining +24C only, while it would be preferable +20-22C.

It is an amazing resort. Just what we were looking for to relax. Our room was exactly what we had requested during booking. The personnel at all levels were exceptional and eager to assist with any requests or concerns. The entire property and the beach was very well maintained. Food variety was mouth watering. Looking forward to a second visit. We will rate this a "7 Star Resort".

It's a nice place. It's comfortable to stay with kids. It has all I need, and it's kept in neat state. The food is great, and I don't mind that some of it is prepared on order and need a little time for it, it's freshest and hot that way. The staff is great, they doing their job and stay friendly. Thank you.

There was a moment that I didn't like. The shuttle organization isn't perfect. When it've arrived I didn't hear anything. I just followed the mass of people outside, where is hot and uncomfortable to do anything on the stairs. So why not do list thing in the building? And that too can be little complicated if you don't like to work with your elbows. There is a lot of people, who isn't on the list, but they still there and before you. So it almost missed me in front of my nose)

This is such a underrated hotel! the view is amazing, the staff is very attentive and friendly. we had a baby who was ill during our stay and the housekeeping team was so helpful with the frequent requests.check in Staff was very helpful with all the information and made sure that everything was done as quickly as possible as our Kiddo was very tired and grumpy,

Buffet could be of more variety but then again we were there on a weekday and it did cater to the majority of the guests which did make sense though,

Good beach, clean pool and hotel.

It is marked as AI but no alcohol in the drinks, very few types of meals serving even it is problem to find water to drink. No interesting activity in the hotel and life is stopped at 21:00 even in the Lobby bar.

Receptionist unprofessional non giving proper time to the guest , ignoring guest request even with repetitive remind and request ( I will not visit again )

I liked every thing from beginning to the last employee. I liked your swimming pool and the beach. I don’t like reception don’t reply to me i call many times no body reply. You are very bad in this

Firstly, the staffs were well trained and professional. I need to make special mention of Ala who made the stay even more pleasant. All the amenities were right in place.

Need to take little bit care on the cockroaches. I can understand the issue with ground floor rooms.

The location is just near, the staff were friendly, room is clean, thanks to Suhail and the beach is clear water.

Few selection of foods and the drinks for dinner is not included even water is chargeable.

We have been here 16 times, good food, great beach and the location, good value for the money

For the first time after 15 times at this hotel we had one cockroach in our room and the second was on the balcony. Even though in UAE the temperatures are high, this should not happen. However, the hotel staff was fast and helped us to kill it but for the rest of the vacation we had worries about other cockroaches in our room. As compensation, they changed the breakfast to half board, so this was nice.

The Egyptian staff not cooperative and not support . I request king bed before iam coming and they promise the do it put not do it

the food quality isn’t the best and the options are limited i hope that could change, few items were also not available. I ordered club sandwich but the chicken was soo dry and very chewy with no seasoning and the mac & cheese wasn’t cheesy at all it was filled with garlic flavor i did not like the food

If you are British I would give this hotel a miss as there are many Russians staying in the hotel. At meal time they open the doors at 7pm which is one hour later than expected. Most nights men push you out of the way when entering the dining room on one occasion pushing my wife into two small children that were ahead of her. There is a huge amount of food waste. You need a taxi to get anywhere from this hotel so factor in the costs if you want to visit the likes of the Dubai Mall.

Overall, the hotel corresponds to its 4-star rating. The staff provides decent service. The rooms are simple in design but are quite big and comfortable. We had a big terrace with a great sea view. Good daily cleaning service. The food selection in the restaurant was not not the largest we've seen in all inclusive options but it was of good quality. Everything we've tried was quite tasty. The sandy beach was very clean and well-tended to. It is perfect for families with small children. But if you like to swim at depth, it's probably not the best place because the sea is quite shallow there and during low tide the water levels drop significantly, even exposing sandbars.

The selection of drinks in the all inclusive menu was quite limited. And you could only pour yourself a drink from a coffee machine or a juice dispenser during breakfast. During lunch and dinner, we always had to wait for a waiter at the counter to bring us any drink (even water) and they were never there. So the drinks service could be improved to make it easier for guests to get beverages during all meals. The air-conditioners in the lobby and at the restaurant were blowing too strongly so we were getting cold very quickly.
