Arbella Hotel LLC

The location is accessible. Near to mega mall.

The room is kinda old and not clean as expected.

Perfect location near to everything Good parking

Cleaness and some old furniture need renovation

LocationParking

Room was oldFacilities were basic

the location, the price and the parking.

they were an hour late giving me my room. the rooms did not have enough electric plugs. the TV and furniture were very very old. the bed sheets were stained and the door was still key based they didn't have a key card and the door did not open and close right. the bathroom does not have a closed shower so the toilet paper got wet from the shower. overall the quality of this hotel is like 2/10 but it's cheap and it has parking so ....

Food is good for momey

Place and staff is nice

Nice place to stay with family and friends and they restaurant cost of food for buffet it is worth for money and very fresh we like it

Not specifically

Ideal location with lot of restaurants and other facilities within walking distance like - grocery shops, diners, pharmacies and just across Mega Mall that makes it a family friendly location.

Shower cabin in the private bathroom.

Bad

The room was very bad, and there was no towels or and drink and there was smell in the room everything was really bad

Utterly hopeless, dismal and unhygienic hotel

Extremely poor hygiene!! Its a surprise such hotels get permissions to operate in UAE!Latrine pot infested with bugs, even on complaining was not cleaned. There was a fist fight in hotel lobby between staff and a guest, at the time of.our check in!!!We left the hotel for an alternative stay after 1 day. We asked hotel staff to return one night s payment, which they flatly refused.Utterly disappointing stay!!!I trust booking.com for all my international hotel bookings! If this is the kind of hotels we get, Will have to think twice the next time!

Staffs are very accommodating and helpful. Excellent!

very friendly and good location.
