The property overall is beautiful and clean

The unprofessionalism in handling minimal situations, we booked this hotel for my grandmother who is 82 to enjoy her time on the beach, I asked for a low level room because my grandmother is scared of heights but we were given a 5th floor also this room was facing constructions (the manager said it is maintenance not construction, i don’t get the difference when it is noisy.) in the checkin we were asked if we want an ocean view for extra money and it was declined, then when we complained about the noise they gave us a room in the 2nd floor(why it was not given in the first place when i mentioned that my grandmother is scared of heights???) but this room also was noisy due to it facing the street. And the only option the hotel manager was giving is to pay extra and to stay in a quite room (as We booked the other category and it is our mistake that we didn’t know that we will be having a noisy room either due to maintenance which was not mentioned in the time of booking or from the street that the other 2nd room faced). Very disappointing as a 5star hotel should be more professional in handling such situations where I paid for something that i was not given and they should be compensating for their mistakes without asking the guests to pay extra money (very materialistic and not hospitable), the manager said she understands and she can offer a discounted rate to upgrade the room to the ocean view (where it is quite) and thats our mistake that we booked a room in that other category where it is noisy and maintenance/constructions facing. Such a shame, as the hotel is beautiful but managed by unprofessional staff that do not pay attention to these small incidents and situations.

Breakfast was excellent. Selection of food was good with a lot of variety.

One person from our party forgot to bring their passport and the lady in the check in desk refused to take a copy of the passport and handover the room. We had to drive back to Dubai and fetch the passport so our journey ended up being another three hours. We have never come across this sort of hotel policy even in other hotels in the UAE and the rest of the world.

Absolutely top-notch property — my favorite hotel in the area, without a doubt.

The rooms, lobby, and beach are absolutely exceptional — truly world-class. However, the food, especially at the All Day Dining restaurant, was disappointing for a property of this caliber. There’s definitely a lot of room for improvement on the culinary side to match the overall luxury of the resort.

Great experience, amamzing staff and all very helpful. KIAN at the reception was very helpful and welcoming throught our visit. MANOJ in cleaning was amazing. TYSON in the water activity section was great. MOMEN in the restaurant/ buffet section both at dinner and next day in breakfast was also super friendly and very helpful. KC and JUNAID at the pool were super friendly and helpful and always smiling.. In general such amazing and well trained and well managed staff who offer great service to guests. Would definitely come back again and again. I also got a nice Birthday cake from the hotel which was a very nice gesture of them.

They upgraded the room for us and it felt special as it’s our anniversary week. Also the food at Qasr Al Bahar was very nice. The overall service was very good, all the staff were very friendly and responsive.

Azure Restaurant-While the service and setting were nice, the food didn’t quite suit our taste, and for the price paid, it didn’t feel fully satisfying. This may be due to the cuisine style being new to us, but overall, we felt the value could be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at hotel The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made the experience truly special. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every meal felt like a treat. Amazinggg.. everything was extremely clean. The team is very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. The view of the hotel is extraordinary. Many facilities for adults and for kids. Highly recommended

The pool the kids pool, you don’t have to worry about the kids. It’s all safe. They supply as much cold water as you want for free at the pool. Food was great for breakfast and dinner buffet.

The walk from the pool to the sea is long.

Despite the beautiful look of the hotel from the outside and the nice property, there is nothing special about this resort.

I believe the hotel is under staffed. Service at breakfast and the restaurants at the property was very slow due to shortage of staff. Also, the level of staff service was not up to the level. I have been to Astoria in Dubai and the staff service level is way better and at a much higher level.Additionally, the purpose of my stay was to enjoy the beach experience. However, there is little or no service by the beach; i.e. food, water, etc. (you have to walk back to the property for that.) Moreover, the room did not include a beach bag which is standard in all beach resorts. Thankfully, I had packed my own.Finally, bathroom amenities were minimal.
