Al Gosaibi Hotel

Everything is great.

No,

We were received with a warm welcome and in a pleasent way and all our requests were attended to without hisitation, also when we checked out my kids left some items behind and the staff calld me to inform me and i was assured that they will safe keep the items till i come and collect.I will defenetly stay there again.

the room very small but well Furnished

the room size too small saudis family will not like it

Location

The single room is very small, No proper reception.

LocationStaffClean

Front office staff need some training on customer service

Not worth it.

The pics is not real and they deceive the customer with a property name such as Villa. It’s not a villa it just small room not even suit. Be careful

It ws spacious and like home away from home

Housekeeping stocks / toiletries were not enough each day. We paid for 4 people but they gave us only for 2 people. Suppose each day they will refill enough for 4 people.

Spacious and well equipped

Some parts just were wearing out (parts of flooring)but still very good for the price.

It’s like a home away from home. It’s quiet, clean, convenient and very private.

We liked the location, security, behaviour and personal attention by the staff, competitive tariff.

1. Entertainment (TV) didn't have many channels except 1 or 2. TV was also old.2. Microwave was not working properly.3. Table lamp on side table of bed room was not working.4. Food variety and quality could also be improved.

i had a small room essentially, but it had a broken AC, so they moved me to an entire Villa, which was exceptional.

they have fast internet but unfortunately it doesn't connect to any gaming consoles.

I liked the two bedroom Villa, coffee provided, the housekeepers, friendly staff, and comfortable clean place. It was a good location with a place to park the car and a lovely Lebanese restaurant next door.

No pool:(

Clean and close to highways, markets, etc.

get new blankets and iron tables

I liked the comfortable and spacious villas and excellent staff and customer service

finally have a private, secured and quiet place to stayi in alkhobar

it’s clean

it’s noisy inside (machinery) and there’s no amenities at all

Staff and Privacy

There are some workers out of my room fixing the tiles and they did noise .Breakfast is weak and no more variety .Bathroom was not clean well.

Location is good and the staff are helpful and very honest

Old Furniture, There were workers working around and the didn’t consider having guests

Excellent staff very friendly and welcoming, the only challenge I faced is the traffic as the police blocked the roads to the hotel during the National day... other than that I would highly recommend staying there

I have stayed in the property and i found out that its not clean especially the laundry room abd washing machine.

I did not like the extra charge for the carpet because they charged me 700 SR for carpet which doesn’t worth that kind of price moreover the size pf the carpet is maximum 2*3 meters and it wasn’t clean by the time we moved in ??
