Location, confort and room amenities

Parking was a little cramped

The room is very clean and confortable, very friendly staff

Breakfast is limited but still convenient and enough for a business trip

All good

The disturbance that was on the ground nearby and the construction work that was so annoying that sleeping from 6AM in the morning was a tragedy in every bad that makes the holiday bad.

The room facilities are on the high. Microwave fridge and washing machine made my trip really a pleasure.

It is an excellent hospitality facility in Dammam. The room is big, clean with excellent Wi-Fi and temperature control.Breakfast amazing, and the staff is really one of the best assets of this hotel. Reception excellent performance, housekeeping excellent also, and the breakfast people very kind and nice persons. There is a very nice restaurant with traditional Arabic food, just behind the hotel. I will definitely come back to Staybridge Suites

No crib for baby and No baby chair in restaurant. The service was too slow.

Room is ok and clean

Breakfast very poor and very slow from staff need to be developed

Location and staff

The Smell badTV doesn’t work mirroring for iPhone. The TV is smart but i can’t access apps like Netflix

I like the friendly staff, car parkings and the breakfastThe room kitchen is nice too, the price within the range, I got an upgrade because it was my first time with them :)

I noticed that everything in the room was prepared for one person like teeth brushes, slippers and so on, you have always to call the reception to get more things. The room floor was clean for the eye, but after cleaning it, we got a different floor color.
