Somerset Downtown Al Khobar

Location, cleanliness, services

Cleanness and parking

They overcharge compared to other hotel with the or even better quality

Clean , kind staff , great location, nice view

not very quiet

Our breakfast was perfect

I requested a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, I could smell cigarette smoke inside. Since it was both my birthday and my wife's, I had also requested a birthday greeting on the TV screen for our arrival. However, not only was there no greeting, but the TV remote wasn't even working and I had to replace the batteries myself. I was quite disappointed, but I decided to let it pass at the time.

Very good Location, friendly staff, large apartments, garage parking.

Great location and cleanliness. The hotel is in an excellent location, very convenient for getting around Al Khobar. The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I experienced repeated issues with the key card access, including the parking, elevator, and room door. Even after the card was reprogrammed at reception, the problem occurred again later.

Great staff treatment, clean, comfortable

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, good parking and wifi

Water pressure was really low, breakfast was everyday the exact same

This is my second time in Somerset Downtown the location is perfect. staff are super great and

it’s more organized and well equipped than the first stay but it can be better in the future need some interior design

The noise from workers and surrounding areas … the room had bugs and the freezer was making a non stop noise

Spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff, very good facilities and parking, and excellent location

AC fan was loud, even at low. Other than that, It was all good.

Very spacious rooms, clean and with needed amenities provided. Very hospitable and helpful staff, attentive and quick to answer your requests. It is located in the middle of a main road in Khobar, that connects east to west of the city. The hotel is also a walking distance from convenience shops (grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops,.. etc.).

The water pressure in the shower needs a bit of improvement. Also, it would be good to increase carpets in rooms. Air refreshers would add to the room comfiness.

Location and staff were friendly and offered an instant Upgrade

helpful staff, nice location, spacious apartment

noise from other rooms

Very comfortable rooms and exceptional cleanliness. Highly recommended!Amazing staff — polite, helpful and always smiling.Wonderful experience — felt like home

Breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect, very close to the cornice. Easy access for ubers and taxi. Overall the room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and being able to make your own food, and having microwave and living room was fantastic.

The doors in the room are really heavy and hard to close.

I like the price and the location and it’s clean very good for families.

The stuff are good and polite, but the problem you have to request everything for example, when I go to the swimming pool with my family, I have to go to the reception to request for the swimming towels and for the room services I have to order call and request to take all the garbage in front of the door.

Location, cleanliness and lovely staff

The online menu ordering system isn't as efficient as it should be.

Cleanliness, apartment decoration and services

The air conditioners must be checked before delivering the apartment to the guest. When I arrived late, the air conditioner was not working well, and the maintenance worker was working to repair it late at night while I was very tired.

The staff and the layout of the unit, spotless clean l felt home
