Centro Corniche Al Khobar by Rotana

Good location friendly staff good room view

Bath towels in room were rough. Should be more soft ..Bad smell from glass while drinking water is very uncomfortable, giving unhygienic feeling.

Location staff

Room floor carpet was having stains and even not being properly cleaned daily

The location and cleanliness

The wifi slow

The location is amazing and close to everything and has a good view

Average breakfast and the rooms are below average too its not worth the price ! you can here the people next to you and they didn’t even put room necessaries like toothbrush !

Location , very near to sea side & lot of restaurant & coffee Shope around .

Breakfast is an average and it's over prices

Location of the hotel

The staff were extremely unhelpful, they rarely answer when you call. You have to ask for amenities as well

The staff are very nice and accommodating, clean and quite, great location

Prime location, gives us sea view room without additional charge

No bathrobes as mentioned, no slippers, still need to request everything and takes time to get

Excellent location ,tasty breakfast ,fast housekeeping services.Very beautiful sea view from my room.

The location was great everything was nearby. The room was very clean, no noises at night. Lots of parking spots underground. Definitely will choose the same hotel when I’m back in Khobar. The staff are super nice and helpful.

Location, view and staff

The room is small for 2 persons also I couldn’t find toothbrush and i had to request a sleeper

Beside Cornish

Room was so small and the bathroom sink was completely tight. So expensive without any benefitsSwimming pool water so cold and there is no heater

Friendly staffA prime location

Theres a foul order in the underground car parking, especially b1.

Overall good, reasonable and clean

No valet for car parking, the location in booking is wrong so we were lost for 10 mins to find the actual location

Neat and clean sustainable approach , nice staff.

Pool timing 9-5 is totally shocking as we who come for work meetings get free after working houre s. 9-5 is not normal practice .

Location

No valet parking or assistance with the luggage Low water pressure and small restroom Small shower towels and few bathroom amenities

Location right at the center of Al Khobar (hence the name Centro, lolz) and staff are just very accommodating.

The side street going to the basement parking are parked with cars both sides. Very hard to navigate specially when a driver pushes his way against the flow of traffic. Got to have a ton of patience here.

The location of the hotel near from everything. There is a Starbucks branch inside the hotel.

The room was very small and the bed as well. The insulation in rooms ware bad we heard everything outside and the noise

It was a great experience in centro corniche, the staff was very good, professional and respectful.

The pool timing is to short.

Everything is average

Bed sheets and pillowcovers were dirty (hairs and stain)….Even have to ask for toilet slippers & Tooth kit …. Breakfast is also average, nothing special…..
