Hilton Garden Inn Al Khobar

It is in a nice location, the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable

Great welcoming staff. Fast check-in. Basement car parking. Good breakfast

Everything , starting with the location , the cleaning, to the facility, and staff friendliness

It should make it clear during booking whether breakfast is included

Location

The shower valve’s operation The location posted on booking confirmation is not correct and did waste my time to search for it

Clean, tidy, comfortable

We need better view as it was backside view, also if with balcony it shall be betterAlso price on such low season should be slightly better

Welcoming professional receptionist, esp.miss teif..clean nice scented rooms, good breakfast with lots of varieties, and excellent location. Food service in rooms was great also.

No reception terras to rest in. Bakeries need to be more.. no enough aeration in the rooms..

Great receptionist very clean good location

Value for money is ok , location is good

Parking and entrance to the hotel is very weird , people take double slots in parking , pillows are very uncomfortable and bed is making lot of noise , shower glass is leaking and water is overflowing

I liked the ambience and cleanliness. Housekeeping was excellent. Reception was supportive.

The location is on a very busy street, difficult to find a way to park your car.

Clean, comfortable, organized, it’s seriously exceptional ?

The heater of swimming pool was not working

Food, cleanliness, location and staff; all excellent.

Didn't enjoy the shower. Not once did I have a steady constant water temperature... ...one moment ice cold and next moment burning hot water

Clean quite great location and price.

Stupid staff under training. The guy at the reception messed up my reservation and told me they were overbooked even though I have a confirmed and fully paid booking. After some waiting he gave me another room.

Very nice staff, clean rooms and location was appropriate for me because I needed a hotel near SCFHS

No valley Breakfast options limited and not very tasty I didn’t go the second day Room was for 2 however all supplies were for 1, I had to keep calling for essentials

Location was superb. 2 minutes drive from variety of cafes and restaurants. Staff are professional and very friendly. The level of cleanliness is outstanding.

The location

The rooms smelt like it was mouldy and the carpets were filthy. We couldn’t sleep in the rooms. The manager tried to help us and moved us to about 5 different rooms to choose the best.

Location and price

Room was very tiny and as expected and notFit for couples and kids. Even though unable to provide the extra cor

A nice business hotel close to the mall with good options for dining

Good staff and an excellent variety in breakfast.

Room size for two adult was a bit small and Washroom as well.

Convenient location, and the front desk service was outstanding very helpful and friendly

The location was excellent, close to the U.S. Embassy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room was not comfortable. The air conditioner was not working, and I had to change the room in the middle of the night because of this issue.
