Great motel in the perfect location. Lovely owners. Could not have been more happy with this place.

So good we extended our stay. Woderful rooms, walking distance to town with great food and fabulous service. ANy time we are in the area we will return here. Could not recommend more highly.

Very quiet on Sunday.

That is our third stay at the venue and as before, a great venue for a one night stay. The rooms are huge and the provision of continental breakfast supplies was appreciated.

Unfortunately the people next to us came back very late and made quite a lot of noise well after 1:00am. Also the bed was a little firm.

Alexander Cameron Suites are perfectly located. A lovely calm garden environment, nice roomy suite, and within walking distance of a great pub for dinner. We stay here every time we do the Adelaide road trip from Melbourne.

A bit light on in facilities. We booked two nights and were given only 4 coffee pods which we used on the first morning. 2 cups of coffee per person per morning is not extravagant! When my partner asked for 4 more pods the woman at reception grumbled at her as to the expense. We paid $240 per night which is pricey considering it was a motel and not a charming B&B! The continental breakfast was poor being only canned fruit and skinny white bread for toast with jam and with one small packet of Kelloggs cereal and one packet of Weetbix. For the price one would expect better!

I left an item there and they kindly found it and sent it back to me - which in this day and age is unusual and for that I was greatly appreciative

Very spacious rooms, next door to the local supermarket. Main street is a short walk away also. Bed was comfy. Room serviced daily also.

Pleasant enough motel family run in sleepy Penola. Easy check in and out. Basic room was clean and tidy. Motel is on the main street walking distance to supermarket and pub. Very quiet.

I just thought it was not a lot for the price. Over $200 I would expect a king bed, more luxe pillows and nicer linen, towels, amenities etc. Bathroom was super basic no heating simple shower thin small towels. I think I was given a disability accessible room which I would have rejected if there was an option.

Place was neat and tidy, nice and close to the pub. Lots of space in the room. Supplying some breakfast food was appreciated.

As a tired traveller being asked what type of room I booked (I booked it 4 months before how could I remember!) because they couldn't find the booking. This is even though for the 2 days previous I was receiving texts in regard to this booking, even asking what time was I to arrive. If they use Booking.com then they need to know how the system works.
