The mice crawling on me in the middle of the night

Good location for easy walking into town and beach walks

Shower block needs a big upgrade - especially having doors open out so close to corner of wash basin - so easy to knock and get bruised. Door to cabin don’t have a very safe or easy catch for fly screen door (I broke three nails trying to close the catch). Air con had to be closed at the switch as I could not reach the on/off high above the microwave.

Great Location

The cabin was dirty, the floors had not been moped the pillow and doonas had all stains, matress was terribly uncomfortable and a 16year old in those little bunks was very uncomfortable sleeping basically on the floor, my daughter slept in the car instead.

Great location, a nice stay.

Our cabin was a bit dated but the kitchen looked brand new.The bathroom needs better ventilation. It was clean and comfortable.

Excellent little cabin in a lovely park, similar layout to other cabins we have stayed in. Clean and well appointed.

Due to size of park and busy timing it was quite noisy.

Location was secure and relatively quiet.

Was advertised as beachfront, however we changed our cabin from standard to the newest cabin directly on the esplanade but no view of the water only sand hills, it was a short walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay! Great place to stay with kids, wonderful playground and flying fox, plus the jumping pillow. Stones throw from beautiful Long Beach. Deluxe beachside cabin was wonderful. 2km walk along the beach into town was fab. 25-30 mins. Would definitely stay again!

Park was nice and Villa comfortable. Enjoyed our short time in Robe.

Was a bit disappointed that the hot water service was not working in our cabin for the first night.However it did get fixed the very next day.

I think that you should advertise and FEATURE your indoor pool!!! We loved its warth and availability!!! Many 6will be more attracted to your property if you promote this feature!

Just that it was extremely pricey. And the option of a "beach front" apartment ? Once we got there we saw that this did not have a view of the beach. So we were happy that we didn't pay the extra for a statement that really wasn't really what people expect a beach front apartment because it had no view of the beach even though they looked nice.

Extremely clean cabin, fabulous comfy bed, wonderful location near the beach, loved the indoor heated pool, very quiet area.

Good location and size

Average customer service checking in, he wasn't having a great day. Not very green.Worn and tried woodwork.

Cabin was comfortable and clean.Mentioned about an overhanging branch hitting the cabin during the night. Worker was there within about 10 mins to cut it down. Very good.

It was very crowded. Very little space between caravans and RV's.It was much further out of the town than we had anticipated. Too far to walk.

The location was great, the people and facilities were good. The accommodation was very poor, the cabin was to small and you had to go threw the kids room to use the bathroom. That's a very bad layout.The main thing that upset us was we did not feel secure in the accommodation as there were a few windows that could not be locked (broken). I did mention this to no avail,I also said this to reception at the desk. Other then that it was a lovely place, but I would not stay at this venue again because our property was not secure when we left the property.

Kids loved the play ground

Accommodation needed a deep clean, some the sheets provided were ripped and aged, very dusty and dirty window sills

Amenities very good in the cabin. Thoughtful to put air conditioner on for our arrival

Could feel springs at top end of single bed. Air vents dirty in single room

Very old and not clean.

Not clean, couldn’t open toilet door as toilet was in the way.
