Great viewsGreat views although buildings in front of property partially block views that once existed.

Apartment had a strong musty damp smell. Toilet cistern downstairs not all buttons working.TV operating instructions were incorrect and confusing.

Beautiful views. Everything you needed in apartment. Quiet.

Although we didn't see any staff, the online communication was easy and timely. Picking up key after office hours worked very well.

Great area for a short getaway. Make sure you get a room with ocean view but you will need to climb some steep stairs if you take a top level as there a no elevators,.

The staff were very accommodating for some changes I needed to make urgently. It was a great location even though I didn’t have a Seaview. The room was spacious.

The shower nozzle falling down, which was a bit annoying but I sorted it out by putting it up against the wall. Needs adjusting. The hairdryer stopped working while I was there and it wasn’t replaced as requested. Overall a little dated but comfortable for my stay.

Great view, clean, comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchenette.

Quite far out of town.

We were so lucky we booked a no view room but got put in room 201 with a slight view. It was beautiful and made our stay we loved it! Even though it was only a small view it was stunning. 10/10 so happy with the room.

Only issue is there seemed to be a lot of short black hair on everything in the room. Not sure what it’s off.

The chairs were rickety. They need chair feet on the legs so they don't rub on the carpet.

Clean room and pool

No wifi at night I was advised 'this rooms wifi not good at night' so only could watch TV in the am.For the price and comfort of a holiday this is an expectation of watching a streaming service.Complained twice to no resolution.

Slightly dated, some musty smells, one window would not shut due to rust, can opener didn't work.

The location is fantastic. Close to Victor Harbor, with gorgeous views and only a short drive to the town centre.

The bed was atrocious. My back will not recover without assistance.

The amazing views. It was well appointed and clean. We love the pool. We ate at the restaurant and the food was excellent too.

We attended for a family wedding and stayed with our daughter and her 6 month old and whilst the stairs were a bit difficult for me and my husband (63 and 71 years of age respectively). We enjoyed our time there and I would go back again.It was clean and well presented. Amenities were great.

The stairs, for us oldies it was a tad too much, but we were able to deal with it as the Bedrooms were on the bottom level, and there was a bathroom upstairs.Overall I thought they could do with a bit of spruce up, but for the age of the premises I think they have been kept well.

The apartment was great. Spacious and clean, very comfortable and lovely.

The ocean view apartment is amazing. Really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Fully operational kitchen. Comfortable beds. Huge apartment. The pool was fab in the warm days - great pool towels also. It’s solar heated. The spa in the downstairs bathroom was great (very hard to get the plug out though!). Beautiful walks nearby. Very quiet place. The under cover parking is great. Very good value for money. Thank you.

The floors and carpet were dirty and need a good clean and scrub. The balcony was the same. No basic essentials in kitchen - eg, oil, foil etc. Would have loved a small balcony bbq.

Left 2 days early and because we booked with booking.com we couldn’t get a refund. Next time we will book directly with hotel.

The cleanliness of the appartment wasn't the best. The balcony was dirty, there were chips under the couch, used tissues under a bed. There were ants in the appartment, but I managed to stop that. Other than those few little things the stay was enjoyable.

The pool was lovely and the room was great. Nice size and clean. Had everything I needed.

The tv was too small. Was hard to see from my bed or lounge.
