No after hour service, Not providing towel on next day. Emergency service staff not availavle. No one pick up the call after 5 pm ( reception staff failed to provide this information.

Over all was good

No point having a coffee machine and no complimentary pods , need cleaning under the lounges

Have been staying here on and off virtually since the hotel opened. It fits perfectly. Golf, views, locale, and as always the staff, which I have to say made this stay even better. It just seemed to me that there was a better vibe. Treat people as we would like to be treated, and we will always get on with each other. I found that this time round.

What's not to like if one keeps coming back.

Nice room, nice facilities, friendly staff. Quiet, great views, comfy furniture.

Needed 2 towels per person please .No pods for the pod machine in the room. And bar stopped making coffee early. Was not told pool opening times at check in, and was not on the in-room information.

Quiet, sensational views. Beautiful location, short drive to Normanville main street for food supplies, cafes and surf retail shopping.

Bathroom large but unpleasant, too white, feels clinical, no colour.When we went to the bar / restaurant, the very young looking staff were laughting and giggling, hard to make them pay attentions to us customers. Unprofessional.

The view next to the pool looked messy. Would be nice to see some greenery or plants where the previous things used to be which looks like it had been removed

Location and facilities were perfect for what we needed.

The receptionist staff was abrupt and unhelpful, it felt like we were a burden. The rooms were not serviced daily, even though the rate per night is the same regardless of how many nights you are there. It also wasn’t mentioned but, it was on their card containing all the rules.

The views were amazing. Overall cleanliness okay

There was urine or some kind of splatter in the spa - we didn’t use it for that reason. Shower recess was unclean. Mould in bathroom ceiling above bath/toilet in room 309.Pigeons in roof?

I booked a king-size bed and had high expectations. However, the bed in the room was actually two single cots joined together, and we could clearly feel the separation in the middle. We’ve stayed here before and never had this issue, so this was disappointing. We will definitely think twice before making another booking.

Location, the pool and the golf course

Some of the staff seem like they dont want to be there and both nights we were asked to leave because they wanted to close. The first night it was only 8pm…

Room, view and restaurant

Noise from air conditioner replacement activity in the unit directly adjoining ours, which extended over the first two days of our stay. While the staff and tradesmen were very apologetic, it did not change the fact that we shouldn't have been put in a unit next door to the activity. While we were offered a change of room, by then we were fully unpacked and settled into the room, and it would have been very inconvenient to move.
