The staff was accommodating.

Not enough towels for all of us. The kettle in our room is not working. But these are minor issues.

Breakfast was acceptable. But I had difficulty to find the location of the hotel. The address provided by booking.com was not correct. Please request the correct address so that future costumers do not have to face the same problem.

Very poor maintenance. I could not take a shower because the shower fixture was not in place.

The hotel has excellent services in all aspects, and its location is excellent, close to restaurants, markets, and the airport.

The accommodation is suitable for families and the staff are cooperative, including room services.

The staff were quick to respond to requests, maintenance was quick as well as extra amenities. Location was good, food stores around. Ali and Mohd from the reception were exeptional

The building is a bit old but well maintained and clean.

- The room had only a small window in the corner, which was not clean and there was not a good view outside.- The Room was over priced as compared to the service provided - The water heater of the room was not working well. - Not enough Toiletries provided.

Value for money and spacious royal suite that has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dining area, and TV room

The Royal Suite requires immediate attention. The interior wallpaper displays visible patches from damage, the carpets are soiled, the windows are dirty, and the bathroom has not been adequately cleaned or maintained. Additionally, the suite shows signs of overuse and requires renovation to restore its quality and appeal.During breakfast on the fourth floor, it was evident that the area was understaffed. The buffet setup was disorganized, and the tea/coffee station was not properly stocked, with the hot water boiler empty. Despite requesting a refill, the process took an unreasonably long time to be addressed.

Need to enhance guest interaction of handling guest especially in reception. The way they spoke and communicate.not be a quite rude.

Moderate place to stay

My room locations in another unit and I have to walk long inside hotel using two different lifts to reach my room in hotel. My visit purpose was for the work reason thats why the walking routine didn’t bother me alot.

The breakfast is normal and below expectations.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this hotel.

During our two-day stay at this hotel, breakfast was delivered to our rooms and consisted of Arabic cuisine. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The reception staff was friendly, although we encountered some language barriers that we managed to overcome. I would suggest that having a tour guide available would enhance the experience.

Location and parking space in front of the hotel

AC was too noisy and because of that I couldn’t get good sleep. Toilet was clean but had very strong disinfectant smell.

Very spacious. Clean. Everything worked. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was quite decent. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight of our stay. My wife and 2 year old couldn’t get enough of it.

Would’ve given 10 stars if not for the slow wi-fi and low 4G signal inside the room.

This hotel requires significant improvements in decor and receptionist attitude. Also, the lack of hot water the next day was very disappointing.

Comfortable, clean, good location.

When I checked out at 4:30am the receptionist kept asking if I'm Schlumberger!!! Why he asking? And how Schlumberger will help with check out.I'm not Schlumberger!
