Comfetable bed

Room had a strong smell in it,when closed curtains a lot of light coming from the top still,would be nice if had a powerpoint on both sides of bed as i was sleeping by the slide door and couldnt plug my phone to use in bed

Beautiful historical building set in a stunning little town full of more nineteenth century charm. Loved ordering dinner from an app in my room. Great food.

A little tired accommodation but did the job.

Great location, Woolworth across street. Good size rooms that are quite clean.

Internet was really bad, smart TV couldn't connect at all on the hotels own internet. Bins were emptied underneath my room by a truck at 6am.

Budget price accommodation, ok for...

No hot water - warm for 2 minutes then went cold.

Right in town, very clean & also a nice bistro What’s not to like ?!!

Breakfast, Large modern rooms. Nice and quiet.

Bed was a fraction soft for my back but probably fine for most people.

The location is good

The pillows does have smell, we also smell unpleasant from outside and we are not sure where it is coming from. Our room is not advisable with senior because the room is outside with steel stairs. We are with my 74 years old mum and she is struggling to go up.

Convenience close to everything and clean and tidy room. Nice breakfast provisions.

Hard bed.Very very noisy all through the night even early hours in morning. Banging of doors, people in stairwell being loud and unrespectful for others trying to sleep.The noisiest place we have ever stayed therefore will not be back.

Steps outside were very steep. Shower had a Hot water issue. Musty smell in the room.

Room needed a few things, eg missing lightbulbs, fridge was frosted up. Nevertheless clean and sufficiently equipped

This hotel is central. Room is fairly big with comfy bed. Shower is excellent. Fridge in room with kettle and toaster. Also has air con which is ok. Small breakfast is left in room but we didnt use.. free wifi but not best reception in room itself.Nice bar and restaurant downstairs. Bar staff nice and friendly .

Room was pretty clean but not spotless, walkway area upstairs outside could do with cleaning.Wifi dropped out in bedroom. Lots of stairs to take your luggage up and down. Would have liked mugs in room rather than tiny cups.

Beautiful hotel, lovely town. The rooms were above our expectations . I had the rissoto for dinner which was the best I've had. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.will definitely stay again.

Friendly staff, great town, comfy bedding and good air conditioning

Shower was disappointing, no water pressure and the temperature kept fluctuating.Have normally had good showers there could be a problem with that room specifically.

A description of what kind of free breakfast the guests will receive would be helpful. Didn’t like the sliding doors. Did not feel safe.
