- Loved our stay. Amazing spot, right in the centre of town. Room was really nice, comfy beds and the staff were super lovely and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be staying here again.
- The Hahndorf Motel is situated in the center of town. It is easy to walk to all areas of the town. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and we were made very welcome by the manager.
- Location was excellent, room was clean and tidy and bed very comfortable.
Cons -
- This is the second time we had stayed at the Hahndorf Motel after stay there 12 months ago. There was nothing we didn’t like so it was easy to come back and stay again.
- No-one there to check in, check out. Location was quiet and set back from road. Could perhaps do with upgrade to wall noise insulation as could hear neighbours talking (muffled and did not impact us unduly).
- The high ceiling made the air conditioner in heat mode take a while to warm up the room. Perhaps the unit would be better placed above the tv.

It was large and in the middle of town overlooking a brook.

The room was roomy, clean and well presented. The manager was easy to talk to and very helpful. There were many options for meals, including German hotels and Asian restaurants.
Location
Sound proofing was bad, could hear person in room next door vomiting at 4am.
Centrally located, with a comfy bed, specious shower and a good sized TV.
Fantastic location right in the middle of town. Room had all the basics and was clean and spacious. Hosts checked each day we had everything and if we needed anything. Room was warm enough on the cool nights to not need the heating. Plenty of tea, coffee & milk supplied. Would stay again though.
Walls were thin meaning you could hear any loud noises from neighbouring rooms and (personal preference) bed was a little too firm for me.
Comfortable room, friendly efficient staff, great location.
Possibly the most central accommodation location in Handorf which was super convenient. Bed and pillows were incredibly comfy and the communication from management was prompt and really helpful
Comfortable,warm and clean
The shower in the spa . Had 2 steps to get into spa for a shower
The peaceful room. The ability to drop a few cold things off prior to actual available time. Right in the middle of town at reasonable price.
Squeezy undercover parking.
Beautiful room with lots of space, very high ceilings with exposed timber beams. Very well located in the centre of town.
Fantastic location, excellent facilities. The bed was super comfy and the room had all the amenities. We had a great experience , even with a 9 month old infant.
Nothing as such
Good location, easy walking to local shopping & restaurants, quiet
Great location, comfortable spacious room.
Light over bed too dim for reading
Amazing spot right in the middle of Main Street .Sophia was very welcoming at checkin . Room very good value for money.
Fantastic location, comfortable, clean, room was perfect. Only problem is couldn’t get parked in the carpark, wasn’t the best carpark either but that’s my own minor complaint.
Central location right on the Main Street of Hahndorf, walking distance to everything. Very spacious room with a wonderful bathroom including a spa. Very clean.
Minor gripe but the lighting in the main room is inadequate
Great location, clean, comfy and warm.
