Clean quiet even though it was full.  Hotel employee is bright and bubbly and so welcoming would recommend this motel to anyone wanting accommodation in Greytown

We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious and comfortable apartment, great value and perfect for travelling with young kids. The outdoor area and play equipment was an added bonus! Great level of cleanliness, comfy beds and everything we needed.

Tidy and very private. Provided 300ml bottle of milk.

Delays caused by a ferry crossing were understood and treated sympathetically by management. They were very helpful with all aspects. Everything was in great order and very comfortable.

Good clean motel , location which suited our trip . Close to Martinborough as well . Greytown a neat little town with great food and interesting shops .Would definitely stay again if over that way

Delightful setting and easy to stay place with plenty of room (we had the exec suite) - clean and beautifully presented. In short great recipe for a relaxing stay!

The owners are awesome. The facilities are great, clean, and well maintained, and the location is excellent. I was able to ensure my mother had a walk-in shower, but the spa bath over the shower still suited her needs. The spa bath was lovely. Highly recommend.

Lovely spacious grounds and quiet comfortable room. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. And they have EV charging! - great bonus! Would be my pick without question if we come to Greytown again. :-)

Hot water in shower didn't last as long as I'd have liked at first, but learned to adjust flow the next day!

Was a little further from the village than I'd realised - and we were there for a Tuesday and found virtually all the restaurants closed! Obviously not the fault of the motel.

Room was quiet, had everything we wanted except air conditioning, bed was firm and comfortable. Pet friendly.

Staff were super lovely and friendly. Room was very spacious and the shower water pressure was super intense! (in a good way). Overall it was a lovely overnight stay :)

The property is well maintained and clean. Staff were very friendly and gave great advice and information about the room and area. I also like they don’t use white towels.

Quiet, comfortable and close to town.

Curtains drawn, milk in fridge, and room heated prior to our arrival, having been on the Ferry. Fantastic service and always very welcoming and accommodating. ❤️

The location was good it was very quiet.

We had trouble with the front door with the fob with the opening and locking. We spoke to the owner who was very friendly, but I think there should be some instructions in the main folder regarding this, as we were not familiar with this particular entry and closing of the door. It may have not been closed properly and it flew open in the evening but we seemed to have worked it out but took a bit of time.

EV Charging was much appreciated. Murray and Yvette were lovely and so accommodating. I highly recommend Oak Estate.

I liked the unit allocated to me. It was spacious, and the walk-in shower was particularly welcome. Also, there were loads of power points which was a plus for me.

Having access to SKY Sport channels would've been a bonus but not essential.....

Convenient location for our needs. Spacious room. Very quiet even though it is very close to main road.

Noisy heater so asked for an extra blanket for the bed so we didn't have to turn heater on.
