Staff and location were just superb, thank you

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Our room was warm, comfortable and spacious. The bed was perfect. A large group of us had booked in for dinner which was delicious ?. I will definitely stay with Ski Time again. Really comfortable facilities and warm. The buffet breakfast was awesome.

Spacious room, wonderful restaurant, delicious breakfast, close to the hot pools. Staff were wonderful.

The free breakfast was excellent. We had dinner there also which was outstanding. The room was a basic one which is all we needed and there was free tea and coffee in the lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The disabled access was adequate but the ramp could be made non slip as it rained.

The bathroom was tiny and the shower dripped which we reported the next day.

Breakfast was included and really good. Great selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, spreads and gluten options.

breakfast the condiments were not refreshed often enough, i had to ask twice for something to be refilled butter and yogurt

Absolutely fantastic staff, the room was very clean and tidy, food at the restaurant was awesome, enjoyed the lounge area, overall great value for money.

Staff were friendly. Room was good with a nice view of the mountains. Nice big bed, nice bathroom. Good breakfast and I liked the setting, view and ambiance of the restaurant.

Bit of a mission getting luggage up stairs. It would have been better if the pool table didn't have a charge per game.

No television in the rooms and lots of condensation on the window with the one closest he. Ex feeling the cold draft

Room was lovely! Large, clean, warm and had everything we needed. Continental breakfast was delicious with lots of variety including gluten and dairy free options. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious! Lovely wholesome kiwi food. Overall our stay exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay again.

Was a little pricey, but to be expected given the location.

The staff, the bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure, close to town and hot pools. Breakfast.

Reception lady was so lovely! Super friendly and helpful. Bed was huge and very welcome after spending 5 nights in our campervan. Food was delicious in the restaurant.

If breakfast had a slightly wider choice, pastries for example, it would have been the perfect stopover.
