Kaiapoi on Williams Motel

When we walked in it smelled super clean! Modern finishes, everything we needed for a quick stop over.

Location was good as close to town and could just walk to all the shops and supermarket etc , the lady was lovely when we turned up ,

We had gone and brought food and put it on the bench and then went visiting family and came back a few hours later and we lost it all to a thousand ants I was really annoyed as have never come across this at a motel anywhere so had to throw it all out , the door lock was only hanging on by one screw so could of easily been able to get in to your motel room if someone wanted to and also was rubbish all under the beds that we clean up obviously from the people before

Room had a high ceiling, spacious and modern. Fortunately our room was further back from the busy road. Close to supermarket and places to eat.

The mattress was not good- a sore back waking up. Ventilation is poor. A high window could be opened but no other option for air to flow. A fan was appreciated to help move air. With big sliding door open it is very airy but not suitable to have open at night.

Room was a good size had everything we needed.

We had no smoke alarm the bracket was there but the alarm wasn't

my own breakfast. Comfortable bed .Good location

Poor ventilation,room was stuffy. No Air conditioning. If you opened the door for ventilation 'the traffic noise was too much.Manager not talkative

The check in staff were very accommodating of my husband's need for out of sight parking for his motorbike. We were given three options on where to park it.

Nothing comes to mind.

No air conditioning and it was like a sweat box. Little fan given, but didn’t want to open windows incase of bugs, and the road choice as being on a busy main road.

We booked for 3 adults and 1 child.The room had 1 double and 1 single bed ,No where for other adult to sleep . Rude ex owner phoned and said its bookings.com fault that no other bed was made available

The room was very spacious, and gave us all we needed for an extended weekend stay. Really nice having a TV for when I didn't feel like going out, the room was very cosy, bed was very comfy, and I loved that the kitchenette had a hot plate! Appreciated the daily service if needed.

Our room was closest to the road, and the street noise reflected that. It could be pretty loud at night, as we were on a long straight stretch of road and all sorts of vehicles would rev down it at all hours of the night. I brought my earplugs though, and when using these, it wasn't a problem.

Bathroom was a disappointment. shower was useless. Bathroom fan very noisy

Good location and amenities.

The owner was aggressive and tied to tell me some amenities were not available because he had things stored in the room. Had to ask to get the house serviced after 2 days.

Lovely big rooms, clean and warm.

The bathroom fan was on a sensor so came on and off randomly

Everything. Clean, was right in the centre Kaiapoi and quiet.

Clean and tidy and comfortable staff was awesome will definitely stay here again thanks
