- The staff were extremely helpful and kind. It was a nice place to relax after a day of touring.
- The location is wonderful and it has very good history and above garden pretty much that?s about everything good
- This hotel is set inside a gorgeously manicured resort setting. I loved the large room/balcony/bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Black out curtains, quiet, decent breakfast included in the room rate. Great Pool!!!
Cons -
- Spa was closed. Every staff member I interacted with was rude. Room has mold and it?s disgusting. Furniture is very outdated. The whole property has not been kept up. It looks like it was nice at one time. Worst hotel I stayed at in Egypt
- The hotel is a little dated, but for the price- It is a steal!!!!
