Towels, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are not supplied within our cabins and can be hired from reception at a cost. Towel hire is $5 per towel and utilities box hire with crockery/cutlery/utensils for 2 people is $10 a box and 4 people $20 a box, a $30 refundable deposit is also required. Washing machines and dryers are also available for guest use and cost $6 via Eftpos for a wash or a dry. Please note that reception opening hours are from 8:30am to 7:00pm daily.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of NZD 200.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
