There's nothing to like in this hotel

I'm disappointed, especially about the beach and cleaning ,Really, the hotel deserves maximum 01 star ,The prices are expensive, Nothing special ,no variety in food ,it looks the same every day The bedrooms are small ,the washroom was catastrophic For me, I tried to leave the hotel from the first night ,but they refused to refund money for me It will be the first and the last time coming to this hotel

The staff was really friendly. The food was varied. The animation was entertaining specially for children, and the pool was clean.

The rooms need renovation. The beverages at restaurants were in poor quality even the coffee or wine, couldnt drink it.At this time of year, the beach was covered with algae, so if someone just goes for the beach, there would be disappointment. There is no wifi at rooms although in the hotel description it was claimed, it was only available within hotel's public area

Staff not helpful and rude, room was not clean at all and food is horrible

Location: Hotel is perfectly situated near the beach, very friendly staff. Definetly doing their best. Quiet location spacious Drinks are always available. grilled food / meat and fish were perfect

sometimes toilets at reception were not clean, food is at timwes average. weak connectivity.

Staff. Workers are the hotel were really kind and nice. It does not matter their position at the hotel. Always smily face and paying attention how do you feel. I never experienced that before.

The beach was not so clean but i understand that it is really difficult for the hotel to solve that. they were cleaning the sand everyday. but there was a lot plants in the water every day because of the stream

I really like the people who were working there ??Really friendly and helpful, even the manager was so nice and helpful ?

The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom ?? PS : Someone called Joker will need to change his attitude and treat people equally ?

The pool, the beach, the animation team, the food. Perfect!

We never received pool towels, we asked like 6 times during our 5 days stay and they always ran out of them. A resort of this size needs to have enought towels. We didn't receive enought shampoo, just two small shampoos for the whole 5days and we were 3 persons. Remember to bring your own pool towels and your own toileteries!!!

The animation team saved our holiday so a special shout out to Morte, Midhu and Raul (apologies for the spellings). The weather closed in on day 2 of our 5 day break but the animation team never stopped - they seemed to work 18 hour days getting guests together for mini golf, petanque, darts and other tournaments, always smiling, always enthusiastic. To manage to impress even a grumpy 17 year old is some achievement. The whole resort has a lovely, laid back atmosphere, exactly what I was looking for for a quick break away from work / school. Thank you guys.

Best value for money , the rooms are clean , comfortable , food is good and the staff very friendly.
