Sovotel @ Conezion Putrajaya

The service team was so helpful. They received me as early as 2:50a.m. May the Lord bless them.They helped me upload 'grab" app on my gadget to ease my movements.

Not at the hotel. It was basically my shopping experience which did not go well on return at the IOI City Mall.

Just the location only

almost all of the hotel condition. Weird smell, cockroaches everywhere, tv channel limited with always losing signal. The price per night staying around RM230 for a boutique hotel status with lack of facilities & amenities in the room, it is very disappointing and not worth the price. The staff also cannot communicate in bahasa melayu or english (foreign workers).

Nothing, will never recommend of stay again.

Everything, excluding the staff, they were fantastic. Carpets throughout the hallways are stained. The rooms are dirty. The hot water, even after turning it on, is non existent. The shower floods the floor of the bathroom. The bed linen did not feel clean. They do not bring more water each day of your stay. They do not clean the room each day of your stay.

No wimdow at all. The floor used tiles like vinyl floor. It makes more colder and some oldfolks cannot walk becausr cold

The location is close to IOI City Mall

The hotel was filthy and run down. The quilt cover had turmeric stains. Mirror was full of handprints. The bedhead frame was murky and full of accumulated dust, it hadn’t been cleaned for years. The quilt cover was brown around the folded part. The pillow smelt like someone had used it for years and not been replaced. The quilt cover was brownish from human use. They could have at least bleached it for god sake it is supposed to be white coloured. When I asked for someone to come change the sheets, was told reception is only staff available at night. When asked for new sheets to change myself told store room is locked. Mistake I made was checking in early but returning to hotel to get my keys and enter room. The lift carpet was so dirty.

The property is look very old school

Our door lock is cannot function very well. We need to used a manual key for unlock. The channel of TV also not functioning very well

Location price n facilities nearby as well as da price.

Hot shower sometimes do not work properly amd toilet isnt clean properly too.

Strategic location,close to new ioi mall

1. access card is not functioning, need to go to reception,given key to enter room2. Upon entering the room, immediately can smell cigarette even though it is non smoking area 3. Water heater is not functioning 4. Only body soap available, no other toiletries 5. Need to call receptionist for bath towel6. Toilet bowl is not flushed, can see urine 7. Cannot watch any channel from tv cause WiFi signal so bad 8. Please do something with the slide door to the bathroom, so hard to slide it We're not sure if other room is as bad as ours but since we're paying for it, we're expecting for good facilities.

1. Tried to reach the front desk via phone number several times before checkin, no one answer (line busy)2. Book for family room, the tv is not working.3.Toilet door (sliding door) difficult to close/open. Need to use full strength to push/pull the door.the door so heavy. 4. No toiletries provided in this hotel.5.Lighting in the room quite dark6.Shower head faulty

When i reach the room, the room full of garbage. Towel already use. Its like the room being use before they arrange it for me.

Rude Staff. A young and Rude Reception, Not train for Hotel hospitality and nothing is good.

tiny, small and a paper thick towels? really? with TV not functioning well and 3 channels? better closed the hotel than humiliated the hotel industry.

Upon entering room it smells like cigarette, bedsheet is not clean (you can see stain on the bedsheet), floor is dusty, bathroom/shower area smells of urine and yellowish stain on the wall..the free bottled water i dare not drink coz found a strand of hair on its bottle cap...it's not up to a 3 star hotel as claim by the hotel...no housekeeping as rubbish in my room was not emptied for the whole duration of my stay which was 5D4N.

Room is decent for the prize. Nothing special. The only thing good is the window design can view ioi citymall.

The door of the toilet is broken,cannot fully close.the remote control for the room is missing, after complain to the staff but no action taken, TV was blurry. Room A-113.staff was rude and doesnt smile. They look like they have a bad day. The staff with the crossed eye ecspecially. Not recomended at all. Ive been to other sovotel in the past such as in sunway giza. But never like this.
