Accessible to a lot of shops and dining area

-there was not enough cloth hanger and no fridge provided-

The room was tidy and fairly clean. The fridge was a bit dirty, but I didn’t use it. The place has plenty of nearby eateries. Will stay again.

Some guests might want to use the fridge, so they can ask the staff to make sure it’s clean.

Going one floor up to get into the lift is not suitable for oldies like me. Ground floor with two beds (twin) is desirable becoz one bed cannot. We bring n assistant along. Separate beds.

The room is quite the right size but the arrangements of bed and Qibla are not well planned.

no parking lot for guest

Location is right at the centre of Putrajaya Diplomatic enclave, food shops are a plenty, so one does not have to travel by car, they are all within walking distances.

Parking will be a problem unless you are willing to wait for one to be available. The easiest parking will be public parking area some 150m away. So be ready to stop in front of the hotel, get everybody and everything down, then turn right and drive the car to the free parking area behind an adjacent building.Another problem (specific to the unit we rented) is toilet tap has no bidet, so one needs to be wary of water splashing when one started to turn it on, and ours, the knob was even dislocated from the tap hub. Poor maintenance I guess...

All of the staff did a great job! When I was there, I had a great view on room 306. The room was very clean, the air-conditioning and water heater works, big space for one room and etc. There have a comfort sofa on their lobby and I sat there for a couples of minutes before I go to my room at night. The location are very good, you can go to Q-bistro or Hj. Tapah when you feel hungry at night, they open 24 hours, 7-eleven and the location is very safe to stay.

That I have to request the front desk for room cleaning every single morning. That no extra chair in the room despite with a twin bed.

Good location. Easy to get food and groceries.

Tiles in the shower need a magic clean time.

The location near to mamak shop, malay food, coffee shop, bakery, mydin, segi fresh, guardian and even book & stationery and more.

Nothing big

Surrounding with various restaurants. Recommended for doing business around Putrajaya. Easy to access.
