The location is close to UPM 10th College of Residents. Plenty of restaurants, and convenience stores. Easy access to other locations since it is near the PLUS highway and Sungai Besi Expressway.

Dirty. Found cockroach on mattress.Requested to change room but end up another room had a malfunctioning water heater and no toilet paper provided.Despite having so many cons, price itself is low. So I not sure if it’s suitable for these feedbacks to be improved

The location is located between the shop-lot in the area. So it's easy to find food.

I've yet to check whether the window was tinted or not. Nevertheless, I drew the curtain shut to avoid being seen from the outside. It would be nice if i could draw the curtain open without afraid of being seen.

I have no choice but to cancel my booking

Despite getting an email confirmation my booking, the hotel could not find my name under the booking list. The guest had to wait for some time for them to check and later the hotel called me for clarification. Eventually, the guest had to register as a walk in guest instead

Most of OYO Budget Hotel have dirty sheets and very satisfactory in cleanliness. However, I feel so comfortable sleep in a very clean and spotless mattress sheets. It’s wonderful experience and worth the money I spent there.

the location is strategic, place at the centre of sri serdang, surrounded by food restaurants (mcd, texas chicken, cu mart, bakers cottage,etc), and also have a lots of convenience store

well, there’s a few false switches, the heater doesn’t work very well, and the remote is not functioning very well. i understand its budget hotel but if you wanna provide facilities, make sure its working.

Noise from outside in the middle of the first night of stay. Limited TV channels.

Can get nasi lemak from McD and cafe nearby.. shops everywhere.. we got issue of printing boarding pass but found a Chinese printing shop behind the premise, helped to print.. thanks for the helping hand.. the price was so touching, 50 sen.. we Malaysian?

Good for a UPM student for a short stay and the things in surrounding stores are at local prices.Staff are enthusiastic.

No elevator, the sound insulation is not particularly good, the sound of the lights on and off in the next room can be heard, and the surrounding is noisy, the off-site fee is more than RM100 cheaper than booking.com.
