Got the deluxe queen room. Large, clean and comfortable.

Facing the cafe and clubs, could hear music coming from it and people fighting at 3am

Great location, near to bukit jalil for concerts and a lot of shops around

Dirty, thin walls can hear people next door doing their thing

Location is good for our one night stay. It serve our purpose. We are fortunate to check-in after office hour hence there are available parking just nearby the hotel.

Staff friendly and helpful

I hear some staff need to work more than 12 hours your company should give that staff a appreciate things like up the salary or commission..

Found a few long hairs on the pillow and bed when I checked in. Everytime i take a shower and brush my teeth, took a long time for water to drain at the shower drain and sink almost clogged. Ada tahi hidung melekat di sinki. Please be sure to thoroughly clean the bed and everything in the toilet! hotel is a place for people to have a rest in, albeit for a short period of time, cleanliness should be number 1 no matter what

Club just beside the hotel, clubbling time until late mid night 2am+, feel noisy and ignored, not recommend for family to stay.

Overall Not that bad. Needs improvement on common areas and dining

Assigned nighttime male attendant at reception not polite, needs hospitality lessons (daytime receptionist mature male welcoming) Property generally good enough but not accessible to rail transport, no utensils, no aircon on lobby, common sitting area uncomfortable

I've been picking this as my main hotel for a while since 2019 but recent stays made me felt quite poorly treated by the receptionist staff they hired has a bad attitude

Just car park a hard part a bit but you can park at pasar pagi just 5 minute becuase just 3 block only..

the noisy pub on the ground floor,play loud music until business closed @4am,toilet bowl, bidet , water tap need to be replaced, common way floor carpet need replacement, super dirty.

Unhygienic, bedsheets pillowcases were cleaned poorly. There's stain on them.

Air conditional not function well sticky floorbed sheet and pillow case with dirty stainlighting not function well.

Severely unsatisfied with The guy staff name Arief with unprofessional attitude towards customer such as ignore customers needsnever turn up to customer after complain of room having problems with sit still at the counter with mobile phone and headphone up. Bossy working style. Never meet such bad attitude staff in previous stay at this hotel.Badly dissapointed
