Putrajaya Marriott Hotel

The staff and personnel in the hotel is not professional and lack of knowledge about the hotel. While i was at the car park, leaving the hotel, my access card was rejected (even though it was already validated earlier at the front desk), no one responded

The garden and the swimming pool area

staff unhelpful and unfriendly hotel is isolated away from everything. You need taxi to go any where. The hotel claims they provide shuttle. The services are inconsistent. The shuttle drop you in the mall and forgot about you never come back to pick yo

everything from the room, breakfast, amenities, location, toilettries, staffs friendliness

spa was not available during my stay

4 times already been here , all always superb esspecially breakfast and a pool.

Room was spacious and new. Breakfast was overall good, great variety of food with a lot of fresh fruits. The highlight of our stay is the kids pool. My toddler loved it so much! They had setup for sand play, dart and ping pong at the pool area which I find interesting.

There were not much seats by the pool, some guests had to just put their things randomly by the pool. There were lack of staff at the pool area where they sell snacks. I had to call kitchen to order snacks, but sadly the method of payment is by card or cash only which I did not bring with me to the pool for obvious reason. Breakfast can be improved more - some of the foods were salty, namely the sambal bilis and ayam merah. The lempeng was also too oily. The teh tarik had a tinge of a bitter after taste.

The facilities provided and varieties of menu for breakfast

Some of the pillows and bedsheet have unpleasant smell. However, manage to get used to it. ?

food, waterpark and staff

Kidszone need to improve,so gloomy

Comfortable room. Large & clean. Friendly staff.

The room met my expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable for both adults and children. There is a transportation service to IOI Mall every hour.

You have to pay a deposit for daily cleaning service. I don’t understand why.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool was great.

Need to improve the shuttle service to/from the mall.

Spacious room, great service and good lobby.

Swimming pool a bit crowded

love the breakfast which far more better than last year.( july 2024). Variety food almost equal to sama-sama hotel. Just need to clean the room aircond.

great selection and delicious breakfast. the staffs were courteous and friendly. the rooms are big and bed very comfortable. had a great time rejuvenating there.

nothing much. all are good.

i love the facilities and the environment. good for family staycation. my baby so happy with the kids pool. gonna repeat the staycation again.

only the bathtub size. a lil bit small. the rest all good.

Lovely breakfast and my own room was fantastic. Unfortunately my colleagues room was opposite a cleaning store room and she experienced a lot of noise during the night.

Noise opposite room from a cleaning cupboard being accessed.

Nice building, staff welcomed the guest with good hospitality and warm greetings. They are especially friendly with kids?

Long queue for breakfast during peak hour, probably due to big crowd.

Nice and serve with variety of breakfast. The room is clean and spacious. Provide shuttle service every hour to IOI mall.

The hotel facility is a bit old.

Had to walk out from the Chinese restaurant after a long wait (not even tea served) with the lack of staff. The quality of the in room dining food seems to be below par for the price we're paying.

The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast spread is good. The staff are very courteous. I love the hotel

No complaint at all
