Staff were friendly and helpful. Things were run professionally

Some things were old and look a bit rundown. Examples paint peeling off, taps looked a a bit old and the bathtub shower head was not working properly etc

Clean, quite, and romantic

Far from the attractive and malls

Nice room and view for relexation

the hotel is exceeded my expectation, good breakfast they provide a changing menu everyday but for local menu " nasi lemak" is always provided. The room n bathroom are clean, the hot water responsive n fast, they have swimming pool with amazing mountain views. the location near Putra Jaya mosque and the biggest mall 101 ION city so I can spend time there.

We stayed there almost 1 weeks everything good

Staff and garden

Clean and comfortable bed needs

Romantic room... Suitable to escape from the city... Got entertainment nearby... Foodtruck and night train...

Buffet spread for dinner offered varieties of malay and indian cuisinesdelicious and authentic taste Rooms are bigStaff very helpful

The property was very grand. Rooms clean and comfortable. A nice sized swimming pool The breakfast was the best choice we had in 5 weeks of travelling.

We used this as a 1 night stopover in between flights. There was nothing in the information when I booked this to explain that no alcohol was sold at the property. I did not do enough research because there were no also no restaurants or bars close to. There is a restaurant on site

Tidy, great location, nice view

friendlly staff, Good foor

Not so clean, So many Dust at wardrobe..

The staffs are helpful and professional. Plus, I love that the hotel is in front of the Putra Perdana Park.

It would be nicer if the hotel provide a microwave in the room.

Great location.

The berakfast room could be improved by having outside view or atleast inside .They have inside a place part of breakfast area ( water running with fishs and plsnts) but they do not allow the guests to seat near this view. Some cubod doors are olds and difficult to open..

1.Surrounded by lots of trees as it was in a park2.peaceful place away from busy roads3. Friendly staff

Tired looking and wobbly chair at writing tableCurtains looked jadedHotel needs fresh coat of paint

Very little

The room, the service or lack of it, the attitude of the staff and the food

The food and service was superb

Tv channel isnt clear and not many choices

The hotel location is good and private.. The facilities also very nice to date... Extra compliment for the staff service especially for the F&B service crew Mr Amin for went extra mile in delivering food services.. Special thanks for Mr Saiful in reception who took extra effort for making sure the needs fulfilled especially the on the house arrangements... the arrangements for perfects celebration is top notch..

The water pressure for shower is quite low and the heater is less functioning..need a improvement on that ...

I like the view and staff very helpfull & friendly

I think management need to update the room facilities. Toilet door broken, bathtub holder also broken(to have a toddler play in bathtub quite risky),pipe for bathtub not functioning, ventilation in toilet not functioning

Convenient for airport

Staff slow at reception Downstairs restaurant not great A business hotel

Good swimming pool, large room, restaurant food is excellent, attentive friendly staff.

Room decor a little dated
