No lift from to 2nd floor. No prayer mat.

The place is clean and comfortable.

Maybe the stairs. If someone cannot climb stairs such as older people, might need to request to stay on the first floor

There are many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. You can just walk there.

Aircond not cold enough. I don't get the temperature setting. -7 is the coolest?

It's a good choice if traveling alone. Clean and comfortable beds.

Hard to find parking nearby to hotel. The stairs to the lift need to be careful walking downwards.

The room I got was spacious n clean, the bed was good, sheets and towels were clean, bottled water n kettle n hair dryer were provided in the room. The shower and water heater worked well. The aircond worked well, although the compressor sound was loud.The staff at the counter were polite n courteous (specially the small young female lady whose name I can't remember now)Location was good, with shops and eateries within walking distance. There is a clinic next door.

Bathroom did not have a ventilation fan, also the water on the floor did not fully drain after use, thus bathroom was always wet and humid.Sound from the aircond compressor was quite loud.The TV uses wifi but the connection was weak (room was too far away from the wifi router?). Also the internet was not good, thus watching Youtube on the TV was regularly interrupted.

The room is suitable for 2 person. The room is clean. The bed were nice ??. The price for the room is cheap. The staff is amazing ?

I hope the hotel make a proper signage for water dispenser and the ironing location, is hard to find. I have to ask the reception. For the room I hope they also make signage for kiblat.

Generally clean and quite spacious (deluxe twin room)

it is situated in a busy area, noise from outside might disturb your rest. on my last night at 2am, people upstairs my room were moa*ing. front desk was empty so i couldnt do anything about it.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Good location with many eateries and shop around. Comfy beds and private bathroom.

Noise cancellation is very poor, can easily hear everything happening outside the room, not recommended for light sleepers unless you bring your own earbuds.

There' a lot of places to eat there. A lot of shops. There's also clinics around. Laundry shop available 24 hours. Very convenient. Except for parking places. Quite hard to get one.

Just discovered this hotel and found it to be very affordable, especially for short stays. I loved the minimalist design and the pleasant ambiance. The surrounding area is filled with numerous affordable stalls, adding to the convenience. Although I only stayed for one night, I am already in love with the place. Overall, I am highly satisfied. Better to walk in to reserve more cheaper!

There is no heater working in our room tho. Hope will be sorted. Thanks.

The cleanliness, minimalist but suits our needs just for the sleep and rest.

The iron and ironing board is placed at one corner (outside from the room) without a place to.hang the cloth once ironing were done, even you only bring a pair of clothes. Should arrange some hook or place to hang.

The location and the comfortable bed & pillow. Loads of shops around.

Not so much but the receptionist could be a little friendlier and a smile would be nice

Clean and tidy

The staff attitude, waiting for get in to the premise and called many times but nobody respond, when people pick up phone and I said I wants to check in, the female staff very rude and said "Check in laaa!", I said yes but nobody at the counter. Please improve the staff hospitality.

Location is just perfect as my meeting is somewhere in Putrajaya too. The room is clean and neat. As the room is facing the main road, morning car sound make me wake up early.

Spacious, clean and strategic location

Too loud with vehicles and neighbour, need to improve in soundproofing.

Simple room with smart TV. Comfy for a night stay. Lots of food outlets and convenient shops nearby. Affordable.

Parking is limited. Toilet seat broken.
