The location of this hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
This hotel is not disabled and elder friendly. No lift (broken), have to climb all the floors. I been visiting this hotel for a very long time since its name was "Wonderful Hotel" and now new management took over and rebrand it to "Smile". Only unsettled problem is the lift issue. Cleanliness better compared to old management
We can watch tv
Poor facilities.. lift doesn't work , door cannot open-card disfunction
New refurbished room, last time visit is bad condition, now is nice & comfortable, staff also nice, room space is big, strongly recomeded for all
Reasonable price
Nit touch up properly
Not have friendly staff and also the bed sheet have a stain on it.
