1.Door to room needs repair.Cannot close or open without hard push or pull.2.Cockroaches in room.3.Shower and toilet hose leaked & splurted to user.

I have booked 2 rooms, both air-conditioning not functioning...Then we ask for the iron, that was a lousy iron.Totally not worth for money I paid and will not booked this hotel forever, said no to seeds hotel putra jaya

What did I like with Seeds Hotel was the staff is very friendly, have strong Wi-Fi connection, comfortable bathroom and fairly cleanliness. Hope this can be continuous as it and hope you can address the shortcomings in the service.

The size of rooms is too small and television channel not much. Hope this can be solved ASAP so that this hotel can attract more customers to come to this hotel.

The bed was not so sanitary, the wall has patches.

The rate is just nice. I check in quite late. almost midnight. the staff also good. the venue also good.

With a tired body, i'm expecting to land on a clean mattress, including the sheet been used. however, sheets looks like it had been used previously and housekeeping are just made up back the bed. oily + hair on the bed. i dont even take off my scarf yet. and the floor also a bit oily.

so far the room amenities quite good, the staff ok, cleaness of the room ok.

parking is not provided, the location of the hotel suitable for backpackers that did not drive by their own.

I couldn't travel with my friends because of visa issue (but I was the one who made the booking. Unfortunately, when my friends were about to land at KLIA, Seeds Hotel sent me an email cancelling their booking with no cogent reason, just saying there hotel is full. My friends had to spend additional time at the airport to make new booking,

Bed was cozy. Shower was a blast with free shampoo and body shampoo. Pretty clean. Got two hangers to hang my clothes. Got enough sockets to charge things up. Got a rubbish bin.

The floor was a little too slippery, even inside the toilet. The toilet flush was not efficient. The water bide was leaking. The toilet door cannot be closed completely, so it was left open. On my last day before checking out, around 9:45 AM, one of the hotel staff purposely open my door with his card without knocking the door first. I was inside the room with nothing on me but quilt. He saw me lying on bed and then immediately closes the door. I reported to the hotel and was told the staff was new.

As a Muslim I felt difficulty in perform solat because the space among bed are very narrow

I wrongly booked a date on 20 Feb, already call the hotel to change date to next day (21st Feb for check in), but the CS ask me to cancel even I already tought that if I cancel Booking.com will charged me a one night cancellation fee. Then I try to call Booking.com CS, the ask for permission to double confirm with hotel if can change date, the hotel allowed it, but they mark up a bit the hotel price, totally not worth it with the facilities, room size and services. This is my first time to Putrajaya, I choose this hotel as because its the nearest hotel to place I will attending a work purpose. A little dissapointed.

Location is near to my target. Many shop outlet nearby. Suitable open parking for motorbike. Friendly staff.

Maintenance little poor. Hose leaking, main bathroom hole slow flow, third floor foyer flooded.

Location near speedmart. Receptionist is nice but new staff so didnt know much.

Reception desk, unable to pay via QR code, cannot scan, the QR code not clear. Need to drive back out to search for atm for cash. Room got dust on bed, no place to hang clothes, no kettle in room but ad said got kettle. Remote tv not working coz battery was rusted, only can switch on and off manually. Remote aircond was not given, cant adjust temperature. Toilet got spider webs and toilet seat cover already broken.

After booking we were unable to locate the hotel on google map. Visibility on google maps needs improving.

There was only one cup in the room. If the hotel provides two cups in the room, it will better.
