Clean and bery nice near mall

Small room but manageable

Very wide variety of food for breakfast, practically no shortage of choice of food for breakfast. We didn't try lunch or dinner at the hotel though.

The fact that the hotel is far from Jalan TAR when we want to go and buy clothes, headscarves or material.

Conveniently linked to a large shopping mall with easy access. The hotel staff are well trained and attentive, and the room is warm and cozy. The hotel also features charming special Halloween decorations.

Room was clean and location wise is great.

Room size is too small.

Room, facilities, staff are very kind n very respect n helpful.Attached to shopping centerNo proble with wheelchair personVery recommend , Well, there is a self service laundry at the hotel itself, very cheap

Not amy

Very smooth check in, room was ready and clean. Using Apps for room service or additional requests really convenient and responses from the crew were almost immediate.

Great new rooms and facilities are well maintained.Basically, basic things work ard the hotel.

Towels are too thin n does not smell fresh but still okay

1. Clean2. Beside shopping complex

1. Iron outside room2. Small room

I would recommend to everyone to stay here. The staff very friendly n helpful while check in. She did her job very well and welcoming. The environment look very vibe and have their safety when before u get in the room. The room very clean n tidy. I love the room concept. This hotel have easy access to mall too.

I love everything about this hotel?

the selection is good, i didn't stay long for breakfast

the fact that we need to iron our clothes outside the room in a communal room.the concept was nice but the room is scaryit was dark, the light switch was away from the door the door is wooded (i 'd preferred glass) safer , we can see outside.there was a mural photo of a guy ironing and it was a big photo and scaring me off

Everything was niceThey even upgraded my room without extra charge

Toilet doesn't have a bidet sprayer handle

The ambiance is so aesthetic, playful and chic. Rooms are comfy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Please keep it up. Will surely come back!

The rooms are clean and locat

We arrived to hotel 4pm and they told us room is still not ready, we had to wait till 6 pm

It was within my expectations.

Unfriendly lift services. I could not move to visit my relatives who were given another floor although I requested for a single floor. Which also meant I have to keep going to the ground floor just to meet them. Lift does not allow us to travel to other floors. No connecting or family rooms available.

1. It’s conveniently close to IOI City Mall.2. The staff were warm, friendly, and really knew their stuff.3. The room and hotel overall were clean and smelled great.4. Parking was easy, safe, well-lit, and close to the lift.5. I really appreciated the complimentary welcome drinks.6. Loved the paid coffee corner near the reception and lifts — if there’s an option to add another coffee brand someday, that would be awesome!

1. The breakfast area felt a little crowded, as some seats were quite close to the food stations. Maybe a slight rearrangement would help.2. It would be nice to have more types of nuts and some berries (like blueberries) at the salad bar.3. In Room 310, a small part of the rubber water stopper under the shower door has chipped off, so water tends to flow out to the sink area. Just a note for maintenance — I didn’t get the chance to mention it before checking out.

Strategic location where I don't have to worry about finding places to eat. Very comfortable room too, cleanliness top notch and the staffs are friendly.

Friendly and helpful staff, comfy room, good bfast spread, ideal location, fair price to name a few

That I had to leave so soon

New setup and cozy environment, water pressure was good, parking was easy and waived upon checkout

Despite the door seal, shower water spilled to the toilet area and the floor mat really small piece and leaving the toilet area very wet and slippery

The hotel location is next to the shopping mall and hotel staff is friendly and helpful

Water flow out from bathroom when shower, thus the floor always wet and slippery. The room without wardrobe and hotel breakfast is with limited choice.

Newly built up and comfortable staying, another major plus point is the closeness to IOI City Mall hence we could shop around with ease and not rushing back.
