Bangi Resort Hotel

The staff are wonderful

It would be an added bonus if they offered a transport to the airport

Room ith bathtub (you do not want to miss it!)

the pool is open view to other hotel guests (which I think is inappropriate)

The facilities are all great but the kids corner needs to be cleaned daily.

The breakfast, it claims as a 5 star hotel but the breakfast just like a 3 star hotel

the only highlight of the stay was the fish pond, which was the only attractive feature.

The registration counter had long queues, and the front desk staff were not customer-friendly.I booked a Premier Family Room with a pool view, but the staff claimed no such room exists. As a matter of fact, family rooms are only located one level 1, making the "pool view" promise highly misleading. The overall experience was not woth the price paid. The room's cleanliness was also an issue, as the bathroom soap was not replaced or refill. Furthermore, the children's area was smelly and poorly maintained. While the Duty Manager offered a bakery voucher as compensation for the misleading information on the website, it was a disappointing stay overall.

The super king bed .The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The shower gel bath and wash hand soap is not top up.

Swimming pool area, kid corner, room, all

Lighting in the room

Everything... The room very clean... The hotel very beautiful.. the staffs so friendly... Definitely gonna stay here again...

The staff were very cooperative and helpful in assisting with the celebration of a person’s special event. Despite the last-minute notice, they managed to prepare the room in time for the guests. I truly appreciate their efforts.

The image shown on the website does not reflect reality. The primer room is depicted as having carpet, but in reality, it does not.

I like the surrounding of green vibe of the hotel

The hotel seems to have so many events such as workshops, weddings and etc. Due to these events, parking becomes limited. However, the hotel provides additional parking spaces which they need to provide a shuttle bus. The situation give unpleasant to guests who have children that have many gears to take with them. I would suggest the hotel management to give more priority to guests who stay in the hotel instead giving more priority to the participants that only comes for a half day programme. Just my two cents suggestion.

The location is great, easy to find, and near UKM, which the purpose of my visit was to attend my convocation. The bed was comfy and AC was super cold, we need to on and off the AC (already set to the highest temperature & lowest fan speed) to not freeze ourselves ??

I stayed there for 2 days, and I have nothing to complain. Everything was great??

Beautiful view of golf course. Comfortable room. Bathtub was nice to have

Room wasn’t ready when we checked in even though it was after checkin hours

Location is good.Breakfast is superb.Room is big.

The price is on the high side.

Unable to use the kettle , Air-conditioning and lights were unable to be used upon checking in Slow process of checking inLate house keeping services ,room was only cleaned 3pm onwards

Big clean room, nice swimming pool

Took an hour to check in and only 2 receptionists. During check out, requested for the concierge but never came. When call again, no response.

The view of the golf course. The private balcony. The bathtub. Easy parking

No jacuzzi. No bacon for breakfast

Location and staff is friendly. I got a nice view facing the golf area.

I dont know. The shower takes time to warm at night. And I can heard sounds from above the room. But is not that long. Just weird. But overall I had a good sleep.

I stayed in the Premier Family Room located on the first floor, facing the beautiful golf course. The view was relaxing, and the surroundings of the hotel were well-maintained and peaceful. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and made the check-in process pleasant. A cash deposit of RM250 was required during check-in, and we even received soft cookies, which was a nice touch. The hotel has a large swimming pool, perfect for families, and the area around the resort is beautiful. There are also great food options nearby — Chef Wan’s Restaurant, myBurgerLab, and Hogan’s Bakery — so finding a meal is never a problem. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend Bangi Resort Hotel for a relaxing family getaway.

The room cleanliness could be improved — there were stains on the sheet and a stocking left behind from the previous guest. Carpeted flooring would be more comfortable than tiles, as the cold surface isn’t ideal for elderly guests. There was also a slight miscommunication at the reception, which left us waiting outside our room for a while before it was unlocked as we accidently left our room key inside.Thank you for the receiptionist staff who provided us the extra key.Appreciated it.

Food and markets varieties

A lot of restaurants around the property, swimming pool well maintained

The check out time is way too early at 11am. Should be the earliest at 12pm like other hotels. The interior of the hotel are a bit dated and the balcony door was broken. Need some upgrading

Very quiet, lots of space. A very beautiful hotel with a large swimming pool and a playroom for children. The water in the pool was warm.I don’t know why, but there were hardly any people in the hotel — it almost seemed as if this hotel was meant only for weddings. Nearby there are many different shopping centers with restaurants, etc., and it was good if you only stay 1-2 nights before your next flight

Unfortunately, the bed wasn’t really comfortable.
