Pros +

• Fair for its price, everything is a bit old but clean and quiet. Food (dinner) was great!
• Beautiful setting (my kids loved playing in the river!), friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms with all the basics, delicious dinner and breakfast prepared for us. We'd happily return.
• Situated at the entrance to Ziz Gorge. This little old Kazbah offers a great one night stop, especiallyif heading down to Merzouga.. The staff are super friendly, speak good English and really try to make you feel at home. The bedrooms are old andcan be noisy, but it is an ancient building and so you have to expect character. The dinner was excellent and I highly recommend the chicken tagine. Breakfast is simple: pancakes, eggs, and fruit, but is perfectly acceptable. It's a well-known stopover for motorcylists and campers alike, as can be seen by the number of stickers. The owner loves to shout a lot, but he really is a friendly guy. Take a look at his fossil collection.

Cons -

• Pool was maintained during our stay so we couldnt use it.
• For a longer stay, wifi in the rooms would have been a necessity to allow remote working since there's no data connection. We only had a short stay this time so wifi in communal areas only wasn't a bother.
• Nothing really, this is a budget accommodation and you get a great deal for the price.
