Internet was slow

The duty manager Suey was warm and polite, and helped me arrange a car to the airport. Since my departure was quite early, duty manager Silver even packed my breakfast in advance for me. Even though some of the other staff members weren’t very fluent in English, they either used translation apps or actively asked colleagues who could speak English for assistance. The service quality here is truly excellent.

The room was so cozy! Duty Managers Silver and Hayes were really helpful and friendly. They even prepared a fruit platter and a cute hand-painted celebration card in the room for me beforehand.

Breakfast was good. The big aquarium in the reception. Room was quite.

Room carpet was old. The hotel needs some renovation. The cook in breakfast doesnot know how to make omlettes and long queue at omlettes stand.

The location

The dim light was very depressing. And the carpets everywhere made it quite stuffy.

Its comfortable and the main desk staff was nice and had a good english level

staff saw us arrive with many luggages and didnt help us to unload from the van I mean its basic courtesy. I had to check 3 rooms in order to finally settle on one because they smelled so bad of humidity clearly their carpets havent been cleaned in a while

The location is ok

The rooms are so humid and have fungus so you cannot breath.

Breakfast was nice

Beds are not good as they are spring beds and as you move the whole bed moves.

Few staff members were helpful (for example night duty manage on 7th June)

Very average breakfast.Chinese restaurant located in the hotel is extremely expensive, which explains why we were only diners in the entire huge space.They have weird policy of signing the bill to the room, apparently we were not allowed to do so, as it was exceeding our deposit by 100rmb :). When attempted to make payment in the restaurant their credit card terminal had some issues, we were asked to wait first, then go to hotel lobby. Overall took around half an hour, not great experience at all.

Breakfast because I request for special vegetarian but no one speaks English no understand..three days I pay for breakfast but I can’t find anything to eat..

The staff was amazing, everyone just wanted to help, Guest manager, duty manager, front desk, till room service and concierge guy. We had wonderful experience overall.

It was an amazing experience, so much so I extended my stay. The hotel staff were very warm and welcoming, nothing was too much of a problem. Their English was very good, had no problems communicating. Rooms were very well equipped, spacious, clean and very quiet. Facilities were exceptional. Buffet breakfast was extensive with lots to choose from. Would definitely recommend.

The positive approach of all the staffs, Specially Daniel from the Consignee desk help me a lot for my requirements.

Money Exchange should be available everyday from the hotel. They are not able to Exchange the USD as I stay in Satuday.

? Great Hotel Experince for business community.. Luxury lobby with good skillfull employees. One of the very few hotels in China with Swimming Pools. very Good International Breakfast..

? No 24 hours opend Resturant in hotel.. Hotel Resturant will closed 11 pm. There was no nearby shopping mall or Outside resturants.

Great breakfast. So many varieties including Chinese, Indian , western. Complete continental breakfast. Their service is so good & very helpful. Hilton hospitality is always a great experience. Mr. Steven Deng is always gave the maximum support to all of guest, Thanks a lot for him. He added more value to the Hilton Foshan.

The room is great, the Staff is excellent. Mr Richard, Damon, Blake, Flora, David, this is the best place to stay in foshan and Guangzhou area. I recommend and I will stay there always.
