Great location, wonderful breakfast and good size and clean rooms

the location was amazing super convinient right in front of a mall!

The cleaning was just not good, I could see stains from cups and mugs from before. When you walk in, it doesnt feel very fresh, feels old and musty. You can smell cigs in the hallway, not very classy. The staff didn't know much English which is okay but then they can't really help much. I did not like that the restaurant stops serving at 10pm without prior notice, it's too early to close for room service in my opinion.

NONE OF THE STAFFS SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY DONT UNDERSTAND YOU.THE BREAKFAST IS NOT GOOD ALL CHINESE DISHES. ONLY BREAD WAS THERE NO JAM. VERY FEW ITEMS FOR PEOPLE LIKE ME.

I had a pleasant stay. Michelle, Mandy and other members of staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to assist me, even with the language barrier. Their dedication to helping guests made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their efforts and would recommend this hotel to others.The room was well equipped with everything I needed, and the food was great.

Good location opposite large mall in Foshan.

It’s a great one and we had a comfortable stay. Very easy to access to Foshan factory locations and foods were also really good. We had enough verities to select the it was delicious. Highly recommend for those who are traveling for vacation or work purposes.

Pleasant

If you were not part of a tour the restaurant was not open, the bar was closed most days and there was no atmosphere. Location is great and if you do not need a pool then it’s a comfortable hotel. You might need google translate to talk to the reception staff at times.

Loved the location in the midst of everything. Enjoyed the breakfast too.Staff extremely honest.Forgot some money in the safe and was called by hotel to pick-up.

The TV had only one English channel .Had no sports channel.Also difficult to change money.

Good and Comfortable. Very near to mrt. Exit B and just walk out you will be able to see the hotel.

the room setup and spacing! the luxury lobby with helpful staff with english speak!first time saw the robot delivery to rooms!convenience location with parking lot and opposite with one of the big shopping mall.

the room was unable to adjust the cold air but just warm air or room temperature! at night i was sweat with no air condition.the room shower head are so confuse to adjust the hot water! confuse for customers.

The elevator is very slow, even though there are 3 there, need to wait every time I need to go in and out.

comfy bed and spacious room , nice bath room kit , shampoo ,conditioner.

bath room design & conditions need to maintenance , have window but viewing aircond compressor ledge ( a bit disappointed) , front desk only 2 ~ 3 receptionist but we still wait awhile during the progress , staff was just doing their job but nothing more ( no welcome ,no smile, no passion ) , wish can improve those issues.

Staff were really nice. Everything is clean. Food at breakfast is good too.

The check out service is terrible! They still haven't returned the 3000 rmb deposit that they charged me when I checked in, they said they would do it during the stay and it's been a week and they haven't done it!
