Rooms were clean and comfy
There was nobody in the entire hotel who speaks English and I was lucky to travel with my colleague from HK who speaks the local language otherwise was unable to order food, drinks and answers on my Questions. I saw many other foreign guests struggling and unable to order drinks and food. I find it amazing that an international Hotel has no English speaking staff and next time will not book this hotel anymore.
Staff where good as they managed to serve me a drink when the bar closed earlier than they planed.
The hotel bar should stay open longer as it closed at 8pm which was 1hr before they said
The hotel building, rooms, and food quality were good.
The hotel said on booking.com there would be a sauna in the room, but there was not. The hotel suggested a spa for an extra charge. I told the hotel two adults and one kid will stay in the room which the price includes breakfast. At the breakfast, the hotel charged extra for the kid's breakfast. At the check out the staff did not ask how was my stay, did not say thank you for staying, did not say goodbye, but just stopped talking to me. I had to ask if the check out was done? The answer was "Yeah."
